  1. After trying a few different setups, the CE4 clearo, the Vivi Nova, and now SmokTech tanks and locking tanks I've become a fan of them with different cartos for different juices. I enjoy the lower resistance ones for fruity flavors, and the higher resistance ones for more bold and tobacco flavors. If it is your first tank the Vivi Nova is the easist to maintain, fill, and replace the heads by far. Much less mess and stress in comparison to some tanks that use cartos (unless there is a fill hole available which I have yet to try yet). I'd say shoot for that as a good starting point. I enjoy mine
  2. I have not noticed a difference in whatever way I lay them for long periods of time. I prefer to keep mine upright, but have had them lay horizontally for hours if not days and have not had an issue with them using Smok Tek Tanks. However, if I was still using clearomizers like the ones I had before. They were wickless and juice could get into the tip and could taste some juice at some times if I did not leave them vertically. A little piece of napkin and a couple seconds fixed this though. In the end I don't think it matters much if at all.
  3. Mega carto? Sadly no, but I use a self modded locking dct tank with some Smok DC Cartos. I had to cut a slit in the locking ring to get any airflow out of the dang thing. It sat too close to the base and airflow was air tight. I like the modded version. I enjoy a tighter draw so it worked out in the end in a way.
  4. The Terminator RDA Tank, Chrome This thing... just was curios and wanted to try a new tank.
  5. It's more convenient to not have to worry vs your current tank but a drawback is it might seal air tight on some mods with the locking ring. It did so on my Vamo, but I cut a slit into the ring and it fixed that. I have a few of them along with a few standard tanks. I enjoy them both but they feel exactly the same since I use the same cartos in both. Another thing to consider is the extra step to filing being removing the bottom ring. In the end it will come down to preferences.
  6. Thanks all for the warm welcome
