I'm new to e-cigarettes too.

I started at the start of the year and it's been a hard transiton after smoking regular cigarettes for years.

There are numerous review site out there and most have been very helpful in introducing the different brands out there.

In short, the best juice out there is the one that keeps you off analogs for good....and that's all I have to say about that!!! :p

Got some Irish Cream from my favorite vendor and it tasted like a soured dish rag no matter how long I let it steep. All the other flavors (and I have way too many) from them are wonderful so far. Good luck trying out all the different flavors! That's half the fun of vaping...

Does anyone have any sites for cheap ego c twist batteries in pink? I only want pink because of its appearance so I won't feel as self conscious about vaping in public because it actually is pretty cute looking for the beast that these things are the lowest price I've found for 650 mah is $20 and 1000 mah $23. Any prices lower than that or with a coupon lowers the price to below that would be highly appreciated! Thank you in advance I always seem to find good advice here

Okay people...I am overwhelmed. I purchased a RIVA starter kit after I previously had tried the KR 808D1---neither of which I see much about on my research here. I like the RIVA better because it seems to have more vapor. However...I'm trying to see if I can find "atomized cartridges" online to get a better price. But it is so hard for me to figure out what kind as I don't see any specs for the cartidges that came with my kit---just the nicotine level.
In reading the teenie tiny brochure that came with the RIVA, it does say that the RIVa power supply is "the EGo powered by a 3.7 V-750 Mah power supply. That is not helping me either although I read everybody talking about EGos. Seriously, I feel like I'm trying to buy a new computer. Plus the RIVA has a cone tube? thing that fits over the cartridge---does that thing serve any purpose? So can someone just tell me what kind of atomizer cartridge I need for this thing and if the cone tube serves any purpose? Someday I would like to understand what eliquid is all about but for now, I think I'm only able to handle finding cartridges that will work. Thank you, thank you.

Congrats on taking the first step, and welcome to VaporTalk!!! If you're a pack-a-day smoker, I'd recommend around 18mg strength overall, and 24mg for those times you cannot vape for more than an hour between sessions. Though, I was about 15 cigs per day, I started at 26mg, and progressed quickly down to 12mg for my all-day vape. Everyone's experience and needs are different....YMMV. Generally, I'd suggest doing some research, and getting sample sets from a few different vendors, and finding what you like before going all-in on 30ml of juice. Hope this helps!!

I agree. Drugs are not for everyone. I know of many that have tried chantix with no good results. Why put something into your body that you don't like? If you loved it you wouldn't be here. I think an ecig is or should be one of the most guilt free things in one's life. It delivers the nicotine without the thousands of deadly chemicals that kill us which are found in tobacco smokes. Don't beat yourself up over this. Go with what works for you.

The drugs do not work for quite a few of us.Best to ditch them and just try the ecig.It is possible to get of the analogs completely without much effort.Reducing the nic to 0 is a little harder but also possible if you have the "want to" .Hang in there .Check out some of the suppliers mentioned in this forum for a better and more cost effective way to vape.Blus are an ok introduction but there are for sure better devices out there.
