Newbie Vaping Has Serious Question

Hello guys i know i am going to probably get hate from this but today i am worried so my friend had a phix and i havent smoked in a while and i decided to take a few hits well after a while i puked and i had a headache so i layed down and took a nap but now i feel perfectly fine should i be worried or not please if you educated in anyway it would help out alot thanks!

I'm not 100% sure what we're talking about here.  The term "Phix" is eluding me.  If you are just talking about taking a few drags off of a cigarette then I'm 99.9% sure you are fine.  If you are talking about something else, at least a call to a nurse or doctor would probably be your best bet.

@Walt the phix is a pod system similar to the Juul.

@drainscopes I don't know how high the nicotine level was in the pod he had on there, so my guess is that it was probably a reaction to nicotine since you said you haven't smoked in a while.   You'll probably be fine.
