Great article and very informative. I am a bit concerned about the American Cancer Society, operating as a charitable organization, would sign a non-compete agreement. Something is very wrong about that. Doesn't it make sense if you make a non-profit sign a non-compete that the company should not get any deductions or kudos for being a supporter.
