Some suppliers did try to create it but the problem is, the peanut butter flavor out of China is more like the taste of a roasted nut, not really the sweet taste of peanut butter your expecting. I'm sure if you mix the flavors as Jeff said and maybe a little but of Dulcis (to create the sweet taste) and you might have something very close.
