Squid Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 To my knowledge, I could be wrong, so far there aren't any laws except for State and County office buildings. Unless you are in NYC, there e-cigs have the same rules as analogs. That being said, I always ask if it's OK when I am at a bar, the vaping bone seems just as connected as the smoking bone is to the drinking bone. I generally don't vape in any public building, movie theaters, malls, restaurants etc. In fact one of the local malls has a rule of no tobacco or e-cigs on the premises, but I only go there if the wife and daughter drag me there any way.
