Whats Killing my Batteries

i am charging my MNKE 18650 battery on

HZS-002 2 Slot 4.2V 18650 Lithium Battery Charger

I let them run over night as i thought they would stop charging when the light turned green, when i go to use them they are dead, is this a battery issue, charger issue, or the user issue

What kind of batteries?

Button top or flat top?

Are they making contact with the charging pins?

Could be either. But I'd say if they are dead immediately when you remove them from the charger, the charger is probably bad.

I'd check the charger with a voltmeter.

If that is working OK I'd get new batteries...
