Ego-c battery dead

I have an ego-c650. It's maybe 3 months old and it's dead. No blue light, no fire, no nothing. The only answer I found on this was if the light doesn't come on, your battery is off. That was the first thing I thought and tried, unsuccessfully, to turn it on. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Sounds like its kaput. Time for a new one.

If you shorted it out, you could try briefly connecting it to a charger to "reset" it.

If that doesn't do it, it's probably dead
