Free Battery

Im fairly new to vaping, but started to help me quit smoking. today a friend gave me a battery, saying it was broken. So me, being the DIY, i can fix it guy, within 5 minutes fixed the "broken" battery by moving the center pin back up. but, the problem is, i dont have any clue what kind of battery this is. id like to know because if you press the button multiple times it will change from blue to purple to red, and then off. id also like to know the capacity. any help would be appreciated!
