Thumb-Fired Mechanical Mod?

I'm looking for a mechanical tube mod for the missus, but it has to have a thumb side-fire button because, although she's starting to get into the performance of RDAs on mech mods, she despises my mods' bottom-fired or pinky side-fired triggers.

I've run across a few while surfing, but can't remember what they were and where I saw them. One was even designed so that you could swap end-caps to make it a thumb or pinky side-fired mod, which would be great.

Any suggestions?
