mcquinn Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Yes but some are harder to fill than others,as some are made to be refilled and some are made to sell you prefilled carto's.Look up the condom method for refilling prefilled carto's on Youtube .
fccwpe Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 I tried the condom method on the prefilled blu cartos and it kills them. You can refill them by dripping into them but it isn't the greatest. They just never are right. I still have a bout 6 packs of the prefilled and when they are spent I just throw them out. xladybugx 1
