Hello! Noobie 4Ever?

First let me start off by saying this Forum is great. I've been lurking for a couple days and I've read lot's of opinions.

I've been analog free since Jan, 12 2012. I've been vaping disposable's all that time, mostly hayze-e's, I'm down to the 6mg strength.

the store where I purchase is always hit or miss on stock, so I finally bought a rechargeable (Janty-stick). I'm gonna say it's terrible, I've never tried someone's PV that was as good as my disposable's, so I don't want to go down the path most do and have a shoe box full of stuff that works some or not at all or better. My wife wanted to divorce me over cigarettes and still doesnt' get the vaping:( So I can't buy a bunch of crap. I need recommendation on getting straight to it. So do I buy EGo's, or do I get the triple V (variable vector volt) I only have the supplies my janty stick came with, so really no experience w/atty's or cartomizer's. I have a bottle of juice and I'll drip it onto the atty by pulling the mouth piece off, but only slightly better and still not consistent, and terrifying while driving!! What'll you think?

Thanks,

whats up element! congrats on being smoke free! and i tell you what, you story sounds word for word like mine. the wife was getting ready to divorce me over ciggarettes and then i couldnt catch a break with ecigs. i finally found a pic that said "what would you chose for a nicotine addictted patient?" then listed all the harmfull side effects of smoking analogs (it was very big!), and the side effect of vaping (addiction!) that put it in perspective for her and has come to terms and is accepting it more and more.

as for the device? i recomend either the ego or kgo batteries. i personally have the kgo, its 1100mah and last all day, no lie, and i use this batt into the ground! i also have a 3.5mil dual coil cartomizer tank, witch is the best way to IMHO. now a cartomizer differs from an atty/cart configuration in the fact that its basically both all wrapped up in one. i prefer them cuz there is less parts to account for and with the tank system, i fill up in the morning and i dont touch it untill a couple hours after i get home from work. so if ease of use is what u want id go that way. (the vapor production is awesome as well!) one word of caution, if u get both the kgo and ego you MUST get brand specific chargers as the ego is a regulated batt, and kgo is unregulated. different power ouputs and inputs will not be good for the batts.

i havent had much exp with vv, or vvv, but it seems to be a pretty sweet system. im looking into getting the ego twist my buddy has it and if u dont mind the length (roughly 6" long!). then it should be a fairlly good batt. hope that answers some of your questions, and if it dont i know some of the more exp members will pounce on this! take care and fight the good fight!

I have been an ego vaper all the way, ego twist if you'd like to try out VV. Super versatile and awesome performance. Dont drip and drive! lol a good LR carto is great for on the go. I have 4 or 5 cartos filled w/ different flavors and that usually lasts me 2 days before I even have to touch a juice bottle to refill.

Nashville vapor has some sweet deals on starter kits that come with several carto options, i'd prolly buy from them if i knew about them when I bought my first kit. Other than that, smoktek.com and ivape.net have some good prices and good selection on hardware, and resurrector cartos from crystalclearvaping.com are awesome.

Congrats on being analog free and don't hesitate to ask any more questions!

Thanks, excellent feedback, I really don't know the differences in EGO vs KGO or joye/janty/rivia? My biggest concern is buying something that won't be compatable w/something else. i.e. I dig the feel of a traditional pipe and I can't afford a protopype, but janty has something just to hold onto for fun the (kuwako) ego compatable, kgo? Also I like hooking my janty stick to the computer like now, but some of the ego Iv'e seen you can on the end and some you have to buy a pass-through, Keep the info and where you get your stuff, cause going to the grocery store ain't looking like an option on this one:)!

It depends on what you want. How you want to vape. If you like to drip you might want a big ego type battery with a low resistant atty and drip tip, no need for higher voltage and lots of vapor and flavor.

If you want a cig type that is not disposable I would recommend Volt from smokelessimage.com. This is also known as a kr808.

VV is nice to have and some attys or cartos can be used at different settings to suit your likings. Ego twist c vv battery is probably the cheapest way to experience vv and there are many different delivery methods that can be screwed on to this battery.

I mostly want something than can handle chain smoking like the way I did w/analog's, what set up can handle that? you know basically smoking nails all day long while working or playing the good old days, but not as harmful!! I spoke w/Tim "The Beast" and I think a VVV vector variable volt will handle from my first experience till the technology is hypersonic, My Janty has got to have a purpose other than making me spend more money.

Thanks everyone for the info. I've learned so much in just a short time at least how to communicate on the subject in some primitive form :))

My Ego-T Type B is awesome! I wanna try dual coil attys now :detective:

http://www.madvapes....Kit_p_3472.html < --- Dual coil ... Probably awesome. Think its called ego-c ... The ego t type b is probably more hassle free though.

http://www.vaporslou...-b-1100mah.html < --- The one I have. Love it. All youll need ... Just gotta boil the atomizers in distilled water every 2weeks or so depending on how much you use it.

ALOT of peoples fave juice is RY4 if your looking for a sweet, very, very good cig taste ... My favorite also. I have some "Wyatt Erp" coming in today from freedomsmokeusa.com ... Its one of their best sellers hope I love it!!

http://www.kingvapes...0445eafbd4a6f39 < --- "royal blend" med/high nic 50/50pg/vg my local vape shop sells. I would compare it to the RY4, with a mild vanilla replacing the caramel taste in the RY4.

My Advice: Buy your juice in 30ml bottles or more. Cheaper, and youll have enough to keep around to switch it up when you want.

I vape: RY4, Royal blend (I linked up top), Dragon Fruit, and Mango. Ry4 and royal blend being my fave.

BTW: Luckily my wife vapes too and understands it. Some people just dont get it ... Just tell her to "carry on" and leave you to vape lol!

the links are very helpful, so I purchased a Triple vee from Tim at Beast and it is WOW!

I wish I had known vaping could be so fun. Now I'm in the learning curve phase, it seems I keep clogging up cartomizers and getting stinky and burned atomizers.

I've been drip tiping it, pre-filled cartos seem the most consistent vape so far, I've filled my own w/ fluid (tom's vapor) not super tasty and been ditching the spent atty's and cartos.

Maybe gone through 2 atty's and a non-filled carto in this first week. Tim was a great help in helping me find a product that would grow w/me and not need to be replaced right away.

Now if I can get the hang of filling cartos or dripping the right amounts I'll be set. I might just need a different brand of Juice. Thanks everyone!
