What Strength E-Liquid

The amount of nicotine is a bit relative.

Some that smoked 1/2 a pack love 24mg and others that smoked more do just fine at lower mg. I was pack and a half and love 18mg. honestly, if you get 5-10 ml flavors with a few different strengths and determine which one works best for you.

14 or 18 mg is probably a good place to start.

Just to confuse the issue, I too smoked a pack and a half a day as well (Menthol lights) and have been in the 12 to 18 range on juice since starting vaping. It kind of also depends on the vendors offerings but I have been happy in that 12 to 18 range.

Its going to be a bit trial and error to find the right spot for you.

i smoked a pack a day and i started vaping at 18 mg nic, which was fine. then i started to use LR attys and 18 mg nic is way to strong of a throat hit for me. i find that 12 mg nic is perfect with LR attys.

Wow,

I feel like a nic hog!

I started with 24--then bought some 30 and 36.

Use them all daily pretty much non stop.

Used Marl reds (then 100's when they came out) for almost 48 years.

Guess thats why i need the high nic.

No problems with it to date ,

No head aches

No sleep problems

Most of all--NO tar-chems-and stink any more :)

I smoked 2 1/2 packs a day and started out with 24 mg of nic and I am currently vaping 18 mg now. I vape more now then I smoked. a lot of my cigs would be left burning out by accident. I smoked for 30 years and was a chain smoker and loved it.
