As Kazz mentioned, (+1 btw), please don't worry or confuse yourself with using a PV and/or not smoking cigarettes.

This is not intended as a smoking cessation device, it's simply an alternative. And, if you do see yourself smoking fewer cigs, then that's a good bonus I might imagine
