I don't think there is a cutoff with any type of manual batteries. Kissbox? I dunno.

Not sure I would smoke it either. The one good thing is it does fit the bill as a "Personal Vaporizer" more than an "Electronic Cigarette". The FDA would have a hard time claiming that is a cigarette.
