Chris- I got you covered 2 new batts and a extra atomizer sent overnight again today so you will have it tomorrow :-) P.S. never got the emails you said you sent, i can post a sreenshot if i need to :-) Also, you have to remember I get over 250 to 400 emails a day. Even with that many I'm pretty damn quick. Each shipment gets emailed a tracking number, if you don't get an email when it ships it's b/c of 2 reasons, the shipment email UPS or Stamps.com (USPS) hit your spam folder or you typed your e-mail wrong in the order, itself happens all the time. I take my service pretty seriously I'm the only ecig supplier I think that has same day shipping if items are ordered before 3pm central time or i give a 50% off if it does not ship the same day. I have never had to do it, the team here is on top of things everything goes out on time or the same day. I believe I'm also the only one that has a UPS option for overnight shipping ! your a witness to that, after all you got it the very next day :-) Chris i will always help you out :-) Thanks Parked
