  1. Think my post might of got misconstruted a little bit. I was not trying to pass forth the impression that its 'no big deal' whatsoever. Was just nit picking the bill, like I love to do with all laws. But is understandable where the small 'oversights' can be easily fixed, where all they got to add to the existing law is 'possess' Of course I hope that no laws ever get passed, because once passed, its an even bigger hurdle to get them removed, and can be a gateway to worse things happening.
  2. Love reading all the nuances of the bills. Key points: The First section of the bill adds the "Electronic Cigarette" definition to the statutes that lists all the different definitions (39-17-1503). However they still have that lovely loophole with adding 'cartridges' into the definition. I don't use cartridges, so therefore I do not use an Electronic Cigarette per the definition. It then later says 'any product not defined as a tobacco product', which of course, was just defined that it was not. On the upside, this bill ONLY harms businesses. Nowhere in the bill does it say you can not own such said device, you just can't buy them in their good ol` state. None the less, email has been sent to get this one shot down!
  3. exactly what i was thinking Uma, how the judge could find you guilty of something that is not in your domain as a renter, like the general upkeep of major appliances, unless GROSS NEGLEGANCE is PROVEN. Just because the fridge went out (as example) 2 weeks after you moved in, doesn't mean you are responsible for paying for it. I'd be getting with that attorney friend of yours, and looking up your states renter's rights. *I am not a lawyer, do not take anything i say to be fact, blah blah blah
  4. seems to me he was more concerned with big brother banning it than the whole concept of e-cigs themselves
  5. Also bluemistvaping.com has a sampler, think its $10 for 5 3ml bottles. Tahts what I'm currently doing, buying a bunch of small samplers while I figure out what I like before I start dropping more money on bigger bottles, want to make sure I like them! PS: Around what part of VA are ya? As you can see, I'm in VA Beach
  6. I told her to draw it into her mouth, then inhale. Its what I found works best for me versus directly inhaling. But yea, going to order a thing of 100% vg just to try out for her. Ah, didn't think about strength.... Currently using 24mg, becuase I was a HEAVY HEAVY smoker, she isn't so much. Might try that too.
  7. In doing research, I see some people have reactions to vaping. Sometimes its to PG, others its to VG, but in reading its just minor issues. I like vaping, been doing it for couple weeks now, and I had my wife try it. Her chest nearly instantly tightened up, and was acting up for the rest of the night. Is this a reaction to this, or just a coincidence? The juice that was currently loaded was 100% pg. Maybe she would be better with 100% VG ? Just wondering your opinions.
  8. I'm still trying to figure out why cigarettes can't be flavored, but cigars and blunts can. Either way, its going to be hard to regulate e-juice not to be flavored, I mean, can they restrict the DIY'ers from adding a few drops of flavoring? Is it just going to be on the retail level? Only time will tell.
  9. I removed my wick after a couple weeks of using my atomizer, when I did, you could see the burnt ends on it. However I don't notice much of a difference besides the fact I got to drip more often. Leaking hasn't been much of an issue though for me unless I flat out just overfill it.
