hey you electromoddernerds out there. question. is it "bad" to leave my ego battery on the charger long after it's gone green?

ok so when i first got my ego i got a bottle of 18mg menthol juice. hit pretty hard in the throat and lots of flavor. ordered some sample juices from Juicy Vapor at 0mg nic (I've not been a smoker for a long time, so I don't need the nic really). I got the 80/20 pg/vg mix and I gotta say I can barely taste the flavor and it doesn't hit the throat AT ALL. I only taste it on exhale and even then it's pretty weak, as if I smelled some faint scent. to what should I attribute this issue with little flavor and no throat hit, is it: a. bad juice b. reduced pg c. 0mg nic d. all of the above ? helps please.

are all egos made by the same mfr and resold? if not, is there a place i can get one that has a solid button? its kind of annoying.

had my eGo for about a week and for the past few days i've taken empty drags on occasion because even though i press the button, it's not making contact and heating up. doesn't light up when this happens but that means i have to train myself to look at the button (hard to do when I use my thumb mostly to push it) to make sure its on before wasting a long drag. anyone else have this prob? maybe it's just this one battery.

i am basically to the point where i don't use the cone either. im torn as to how it affects the airflow and whether i like it that way. i mean, i get more flow without the cone, obviously, but of course it makes the drag a little less dense. i haven't decided which i like better. but i have become better since my original post at ensuring that it doesn't leak.

i think i prefer e-cig just because it is more direct. to be honest, i get a little embarrassed when using the catchy "insider" terms among people i know. i guess buzz terms make me feel like i'm kindof a nerd about it. even though i am it seems like some of the terminology that's been established around these products was developed by a teenager or something. that's nothing against those who use them, and I suppose I will use them as well. but i feel a little silly when i do.

ego is running kind of funny today. opened up the cone and saw a bunch of liquid on the outside of the atomizer. stood the cone on a paper towel and within moments there was a pool around it. blew on the atomizer and set it standing on the paper towel, too. hope this resolves the problem, i've only had it for 2 days and today it's been acting very temperamental.

i heard about the ego through a friend who read mewes' tweet. Mewes' endorsement is a huge benefit for sure. they have tons of fans in a market that desperately needs access to smoking alternatives. Jason, I sent you a testimonial the other day to which you replied. Glad to hear your success with quitting, etc and with your site. I have since seen less expensive deals than on your site, but am glad I came across it even if there was a price difference. if I hadn't heard about it in the way I did, I would still be in the camp of those who'd heard that ecigs suck / don't work well. the celebrity endorsements are great. with Johnny Depp's character in the tourist and Heigel and Mewes. I think the next step is to get those of us who are in this community to make sure we're NOT hiding our vapor. get people to confront us and then use that as an opportunity to spread the word. I know we don't have all the definitive answers/studies but as far as I am concerned, with the products coming as far as they have, the ecigarette is a miracle that could save a lot of lives. i don't care how grandiose that sounds either. I've since sent my parents-in-law to megacig and am very excited to get them off cigarettes.

thanks for the heads up on blue mist, that's a decent price and basically what i was looking for. i am pretty sure chris doesn't mind us discussing other vendors, in fact i think it is encouraged. i am ordering atomizers from the vt store. but i am currently just shopping around for flavors. i ordered some samples from juicy vapor. im definitely gonna get a pack from bluemist since it's so inexpensive.

hmm looks like awesomevapors only has samples in 18mg. i'll have to keep looking around. i have 18mg and it's a bit high for me. thanks tho.

hey Chris, thanks for the answer! before I made my purchase I found your video about dripping on youtube and it brought me here. thanks for all the info, there is so much to wade through! i will check out the store here and get my attomizers there. i'll take a look over at awesomevapor too

Hey all. Just got my eGo kit from megacig.com and am loving it! I'm actually quite surprised by how much this emulates actual cigarettes! But I've been digging around and there is SO MUCH info about this that I was hoping for some direct answers. 1- What is the most I should pay for replacement atomizers for the eGo megacig and where do you recommend buying them? (I see that the vaportalk store appears to be out of stock for the regular 510.) Also, can I just buy any 510 atomizer? 2- I'm looking for a good reliable and hopefully not to expensive online store where I can buy juice samples in small qtys (3-6 ml?) and pick and choose the flavors? thanks all! I look forward to discussing this further!
