A friend gave me a dripper and i can't really find any info about it. On the side of it it says, Smok Dripper RDA. My friend has it built already and my ohm meter says .51 but im not sure its setup right. Here's a couple pics.. Any info or advise?

Thats strange. I am a menthol adv and have never had that problem. Currently using the KFL+ and straight menthol (no tobacco flavor) at 18 mg nic. I haven't used the metal middle section yet. Haven't felt the need to..

Um, From my understanding the MVP 2 wont fire below 1.2 ohms. It will read the ohms below that but wont fire. I have one. :-)

So far its just the menthol that i have tried lung hits with and its like the menthol intensifies but a mouth to lung hit is fine. Almost like the menthol from a camel menthol crush. Mouth to lung hit with menthol is perfect but flavors are very weak. Im not use to straight lung hits. I just need some direction on getting flavors to stand out like my menthol does. I want to get away from the menthol and farther away from analogs. I havent touched a analog since april 26th but still sometimes want one untill i smell one burning and then i change my mind cause it stinks. Just want more of a smack your momma flavor that i can say hay, thats grape or peach or whatever. Not i think that is this flavor, i think. Hope that explains where i am and where im trying to get.

Its the menthol that kills me. About 3 seconds in and the menthol is overwhelming. And i have to stop. Havent tried it with flavors. I have a Dragon Fruit at 12 but the flavor seems weak. Guess i just need to play around with it. Will subohming bring out more flavor or just make the vapor warmer? At 1.35 ohms its not very warm.

Ah ha. Ok. I will try less cotton and more air. Im use to mouth to lung draws but my menthol with straight lung draws kill me. Maybe i will try my flavors with more air and lung draws. Guess its just time to play..

Im using 28 gauge 8 wrap on 5/64 drill bit and white cloud cotton and my ohm meter says im at 1.35 ohms. Is it more air more flavor or tighter air flow more flavor? I use rip trippers videos to start building. Only been building about a month, gettin pretty good at it.

I'm having problems tasting flavors in my KFL+ on my Nemesis and VTC4. My coil is at 1.3ohms and cotton. My straight menthol 50/50 at 18 nic is awesome but, my fruit flavors are just not really there. They are very faint almost not there. If i build a lower ohm coil will that bring out the flavor? My local B&M said not to go below 1 ohm with the KFL+, will it not handle it? Thanks.

I use a Straight Menthol I get from my local b&m that I love. They say its as menthol as they can get it without adding menthol crystals. From my research its the crystals the will re-crystalize the lungs and cracks plastic tanks. I use a plastic window in my kfl+ and havent had a problem. If you like menthol try and find one that doesnt have the crystals added.

Thank you for that. I watched the video and that was very informative. So basically, the MVP 2.0 will NOT go above 11 watts using 5 volts and a low ohm coil atleast according to the video but, I'm still curious as to what Innokin has to say. Thanks.

I have a question. I have a MVP 2.0 and was trying to figure out if I use the voltage settings does the MVP stop at 11 watts or will it go above that? Like say, 5 volts setting and a 1.43 ohm coil figures out to roughly 17.48 watts. Now will i get 17 watts or will it only go to 11 watts even though ohms law says different? I know, I'm confused too

I'm sorry but this guy sounds like an accident waiting to happen. I started vaping August of last year with a simple 1100 mah pen batt and a T2 and it took me until March of rhis year to get a RBA. I also have a RDA that im still not sure about. Its at. 5 ohms and I tried it once and with 24 nic it about kills me. But I still dont feel safe using it. I like my kfl+ it's 1.5 ohms so I know im safer, even on my mech. I am still learning and understanding ohms law. Its a must.

I have a KFL+ on a Nemesis with a vtc4 at 1.5 ohms and the flavor is amazing. If flavor is what your after the kfl+ is what you need. From what i have read its not wise to sub ohm with the kfl+. Its a flavor maker not a cloud maker.

Thats how I learned. Rip Trippers videos are very good. I built my first micro coil in my kfl+ using his video. He came out at 1.3 I came out at 1.48. Go figure. And get an ohms meter first. Also get a ohms law calculator and vapors toolbox for android. I use them to build my coils. Awsome apps to have.

Lol, I know where your coming from. I went to my b&m to get my menthol (love their menthol) but, They are idiot's. One of the guys there has a Russian 91% and it leaks out of the air flow hole. Took it apart for him right there in the shop and had him replace the o-ring in the center of the top cap and no more leak. Look, A noob that knows more than they do.. That felt good. Makes me feel like I am actually learning something from everyone here and able to help others..

Does the mah rating have anything to do with how it hits? My EH is 1600 mah and my VTC4 is 2100 mah. I know the mah determines how much charge the batt. will hold but, does that have anything to do with how it hits?

Ok, I got a vtc4 and I noticed it hits harder than my eh 18650 with my KFL+ at 1.48 ohms. Just not sure why. Maybe someone can tell me why?

No your not. Most of the people posting info to others seem to have years of experience and i have only been doing this 8 months and ask many questions before i "try" anything. I wanna live. I just think "cloud-chasing" is cool, amazing. One day i want to try it but not untill i ask all the questions i need to ask. Even then. I dont know. Just trying to gain knowledge. I think vaping is cool and big clouds are even cooler..

Cool cool. I love the flavor on the kfl+. Best flavor since i started vaping. Makes my straight menthol (no tobacco flavor) at 50/50 24 mg rocks. If i wanted to cloud chase and sub-ohm what would be a good atty to start with and still use my Nemesis?

I'm looking into either a couple VTC4 or 5's. Does the KFL+ have a low ohm? I mean, If i decide (or get knowledgeable enough) to go below that will the KFL+ support it?

Well, I checked out the Efest 35 amp and the reviews say they are a pulse versus constant power. The VTC4 and 5 have very good reviews. I am leaning more towards the VTC's..
