  1. So, I loved my atties I got from LF at first, great draw, wonderful TH and vapor. Now its not so good. Just had my first bad experience of this caliber. Three of the atomizers I ordered from LF just suddenly stopped working (1 yesterday and 2 TODAY) I now have only a bunch of month old cartos that need cleaning, and a couple of nearly useless attys. I am slightly upset, but don't think that I will contact them, since the attys technically still qualify for the warranty, because I went through 5 of them in less than 3 weeks...That is normally one Joye atty! It's just flat out ridiculous and I have learned from this. Buy e-liquid, or a Riva kit, from LF...but NOT atomizers. Just wanted to let people know about the atomizers lifespan.
  2. 80/20 is mostly what I vape. I actually think I prefer 70/30, but I bought a lot of liquid and need to use it up before I actually get some more.
  3. Okay, the Infinity has a 6 month warranty and lasts 6-8 hours on a heavy vape, according to the owner. Sounds interesting, I would like more battery life, but maybe there are better batteries that could fit...idk. I will think about the Infinity as it is cheap and wouldn't really be a waste.
  4. Man, the Riva rocks! I got the package and gave it to my fiance's roommate. She had to let it charge first, but tried it for a sec and loved it! I am kind of jealous, as I spent around $65 on my Tornado kit and this was $30! The button is cooler, LOVE blue! The gold looks cool, but the freaking awesome thing is the hit! I only tried the menthol on it to test it, and it was AWESOME. Then again, it might be the atties. I bought a five-pack from them (they gave me one free, so i got SIX!!!) to see if they were as good as a Joye atty. They are not. They are better! Every one of them I have tried hits like a champ! I feel like I am vaping lr atties, and they are supposed to be standard. Liberty-Flights and a couple other awesome vendors will be seeing much more business from me.
  5. I am interested in the Infinity, but if one else has used, or has anything good to say about it, then I will most likely save up for the ProVari since, despite it still being new, no one has said anything negative about...that I can find anyway. The battery life is important to me, but I could sacrifice a longer lasting battery for a great vape (although this is NOT the case with a ProVari, apparently!). Oh, forgot to mention, contacted the owner, will wait for his reply.
  6. And now I hear about the Infinity e-cig! Gawsh. Able to change voltage without a screwdriver (also, numbered). Smooth look. Probably not so good battery life...but eh, sometimes you can't have everything. Also seems pretty cheap (I am very greedy, heh)for what you get. Anyone have one, or heard whether or not they are good? Looks almost too good to be true for the price (also the fact that it's a full kit!). http://www.notcigs.com/products/-Infinity-%E2%88%9E-Kit-with-Batteries-and-Charger.html
  7. Totally worth the cheap price then? I know the old saying "you get what you pay for", but a lot of people have said good things about the Riva, so I hope its all good. Kinda sad though. My new 5-pack of attys is there and I want to see if the "knock-offs" are as good as "name-brand". I gotta use my cartos for now, but they are due to be tossed/cleaned.
  8. Well, seeing the deal they had with the 20% discount, I just had to order a Riva kit for my mom. One of my fiance's roommates wanted one as well, since they came out to only $30. The only problem it that I am in college and the mail doesn't run Fri-Sun, so I got no way of checking on the kit and seeing if anything is DOA yet (gotta love tracking and knowing it's here, but not allowed to touch it)... But I will update this when I actually get the kits for those 2 in my hands. Hope they like em. P.S. I ordered at like 8:30pm on the second and it got to the college's campus safety/mail room today (the fifth). Tell me that ain't some speed!
  9. Thanks, I want a eGo-T or MAP tank, but figured a mod with my drip tip would probably be the way to go. I think no matter what I am gonna spend more than I feel comfortable with, so I might as well save up for a bit and get the best I can.
  10. Thanks, it isn't a lot, but it certainly sped up the wait for me to be able to buy a mod.
  11. Thanks for that link! Very informative and well thought out. I realize now that all I would need is the Joker...I just WANT the Pro Vari. My fiance says that if I agree to wait and save a little bit out of each paycheck, she will allow me to buy one very soon. She helped me realize when I was talking to her that, like how there are more colors now, if I wait just a LITTLE longer, there might be something else for it around the corner. So now...the waiting begins
  12. Thank you! I was wondering what the heck was wrong with my cartos! This fixed them and made them work extremely well, especially compared to the fact that I was getting nearly no vapor, and hardly any flavor! I think it was just clogged like mad.
  13. Ah, thanks for that! Just got a bit of good news too...I got my tax refund! With the $50 I already have, it looks like I can buy whatever e-cig I want (refund wasn't LARGE, but it's better than owing)...provided my fiance doesn't find out how much I plan to spend on it! She is the one who wanted me to vape however .
  14. Ah, that added sense of security! Now that is important, especially for an expensive mod. I will have to see what the cost of fixing either of them out of warranty would be. I would hate to have to buy another mod just because mine broke a month out of the warranty.
  15. Hmmm....Pricey, yet worth it...Have you had any problems with yours? All that circuitry kinda makes me nervous, whereas the Joker seems "mechanical" and less delicate. I don't wanna break something that I would love so dearly.
  16. Well fellow vaportalkers...it has happened! I got the call and just got a job offer that pays over double what I am making now...with the added bonus of 10 hours more or so of work every week. What does this mean, you may ask? It means I will finally have the money for a mod. I only have $50 saved up so far, but I hope this fund will increase in size rapidly. I need some input fellow members. I have wanted a mod for over 4 months now, but cannot seem to choose which one to get. Here are the options I am considering (I am always willing to listen to experienced vapor members, though): The Chuck- Very cost effective (could get it VERY soon, like, next week) The Joker A/V- Has everything I would need (or so it seems) The Provari- Seems like the E-cig mod of the Ages (Very costly, but maybe worth it?) Something from a mod maker? I was originally leaning towards the Chuck, but now the Joker seems better...but I don't like having to use a meter just to change my voltage, and I want a Provari, but is it better than the Joker? URGH, so confusing! If they didn't cost a pretty penny, I wouldn't be so worked up, but I am very excited. Plz, anyone who owns these, feel free to put your unbiased (yeah right, lol) opinion here. Been creepin the forum and listening to everyone's views, but now I am actually getting my money all ready for it and need to make a decision soon. (sorry for rambling, again, very excited). One part of the reason I want a mod is that I seem to have terrible luck with eGo batteries and think it might be cheaper in the long run to have a mod...based on a couple of vaportalkers opinions...they know who they are.
  17. Hey all. I got both my mom and my girlfriends roommate to have me order them e-cigs! I figured the Riva kit from Liberty Flights would be a good way to get people to try e-cigs and not feel like they are spending too much money right away. It seems to have worked. Neither of them wanted to buy an eGo for $60, but they jumped on the $30 Riva kit! (It's on sale). Hope they continue vaping, but I fear to get other people to vape, because I don't want them to blame me if something ticks them off...but then again I want to help people. Eh, what the heck. Why not try and help as many people as I can? (And send them to this site, of course!)
  18. Ok. I'm no longer sick and all I have to say is that these cartos are AWESOME!!! The vapor is really, really great that first fill up. It kinda teeters off after the next few, but I think I found my problem. It could be one of two things, my juice is sweetened and gunks up my attys, so it could e gunking up my cartos, or the filler is getting compact and covering the "airhole" thing in the middle (one of my cartos has that). I got to go creep on the forum about cleaning soft-top cartos. Peace.
  19. Okay, checked and found out the differences. The wordupecig.com ones are 900mah and the TW ones are 1000mah. Not really that huge a difference for me. Sorry for asking.
  20. Ok, got my cartos. Will let ya all know what I think of em when I can taste and am not sick :/ I got a Joye eGo XL battery from wordupecig.com, but noticed something weird. I thought the Joye eGo and Tornado were the same, but my XL battery from TW is a little bigger, and the normal Tornado battery is definetely smaller. Is this normal?! I thought it would be the same as my Tornado XL batts. Do they last as long??? Cause if not, the few dollars I saved might not have been worth it. Still, love wordupecig.com and will continue to shop there.
  21. "LIKE"....wait, cant do that on this lol. Awesome. I hope there is more out there somewhere, I needed a good laugh and this gave it.
  22. I too have stopped smoking, the only time I do is when my friend comes over. We used to smoke together, and he barely smokes. He SAYS he only really does it when he's with me, but he doesn't want a pv. He just likes to hit off mine! Then again, I only smoked for about 2 1/2- 3 years at 1/2 ppd to 15 a day. Still, even that little bit made my taste buds not taste as well, since I started vaping its ridiculous. I loved drinking soda, and now I love it even more! So vaping = good for lungs, bad for weight! HAHA.
  23. I have a button protector, the only problem is I keep losing it! It is so small and fragile seeming I don't wanna put it in my pocket, but at the same time, when I set it down it gets lost! My head needs to get screwed on better.
  24. I was a little worried about the size of the cases, since I thought they looked pretty big. So it really does fit in your pocket then? Cause then it would be totally worth buying.
  25. My fiance is my ddd. I hope the cartos I ordered work well, so I don't have to bug her as often! I know she says she don't mind, but still it would be nice not to have to have her do it for me! (She is also the one who encouraged me, very heavily I might add, to start vaping and quit smoking. She likes being able to hug and kiss me while smelling something that doesn't smell like an ashtray).
