  1.

    Hi,

I am an avid vaper and decided to create an App that showcases as many eliquids as possible.  I did that because I grew tired of constantly going from site to site checking out the juices and trying to select new flavours to try - wanted a place that houses them all under one roof!  The app is called eliquidmonster and is available for iPhone and Android.  The eliquids there are by no means exhaustive but its a good place to start if you are looking to see what is out there.  Yes, the app is free!

Very smart idea, wish I would have thought of it, lol

  2. I had the same issue with both of my iStick 20W... even at the lowest Wattage settings and 2.0 Ohm coils, everything tasted burnt, but I could put that same tank on my Cloupor mini @ 12W, and the taste was fantastic.

How long have you had that 30W iStick?  If not very long, I would consider exchanging it for another at the store (or wherever you bought it) because it may be defective?  From what I've understood, the 20W models were the only ones prone to this issue, and the 30W and 50W models perform much better.

I have had it too long to return it. So I has nothing to do with the coil?

  3. Did some shopping today, got a sigelie 150 w box,  kennedy rda, artic sub tank, 2 mxjo 18650 batteries, 2 15 ml kilo dewberry juice, 2 unicorn tubes 30ml, 24g wire

the juice is amazing and the artic has a 0.2 ohm JOC coil and can handle up to 80w.  if i wrap the box i might just put the kennedy on the brass monkee black tube.

That is a really nice box. I have been looking for another box with higher watts then my 30W, but I just cannot do the battery thing anymore. Got spoiled with the on board battery. Congrats,

  4. Ok, Advice needed.......I have this setup but I have been having issues with the juice tasting burnt anywhere past 8w. that is getting about 2.3ohms 4.2v. Anyway, WTH? I am wanting to buy the eLeaf50 with the Kanger Subtank but if I am having issues with the current set up I need toknow what I am doing wrong. Juice taste like SH**. Help would be much appreciated!

  5. I have not ever gone though more than 2 batteries in a day with my Vamo. I also have 6 batteries in rotation. the lowest is 1500mah those I need two a day. Like earthling said, get some higher mAh batteries My Sony's and 2500 mAh Efest last the whole day and into the next. To me charging batteries is just part of the program. It is better than coughing my brains out from analogs. LOL I keep mine in cases that hold 2 batteries. As they die I put them in the charger, When done back in the case, then to the back of my stack. I just grab the next box with two charged batteries and go about my day. I had my charger die recently and had no back up to charge batteries. My 6 batteries lasted till I could get the new charger and that was a week later.Admittedly I was on my last battery the day it showed up at my door. I also had some evods and a new XPV that had arrived in case but did not even use the EVODs. I did start using the XPV though because it was new and like it more than the Vamo.

I started vaping when all I had were the Cigalike batteries. Talk about a battery dance. I would go through 7-8 of them a day. I had two USB hubs charging 6 batteries at all times. I had to take 10 of them with me when I left the house and take one of the usb hubs with me. I find that what I have to do now to keep my vape going very simple and think little of it. Now when I head out for a day I take my Vamo with what ever was in it a box of batteries and now my XPV. I hardly ever even take a battery out of the case, but it is a back up just in case.

Gotcha...Just part of it I guess. Ok. I concede :dizzy: More batterires high MAH and boxes to keep them in....

  6. I know with the MVP, it actually would end up shortening the battery life if you charged while you were vaping - as in, it wouldn't take as much use to get it down to where it needed recharged again.

    Spydre,

I know you been posting here a while...don't know too much about these others. But I guess what i am asking..the Mod Boxes, all the other Mods, they all take batteries?

  7. Pass-through batteries are just that... they charge WHILE allowing you to use them. If you don't mind being tethered to the cord, they're great to have. I've used my MVP while it was attached to the USB cord before, but you'll eventually forget it's plugged-in and try to take it with you when you get up from the desk/chair/couch ;)

Innokin (I think) makes a true-corded vape for use in the car... you plug it into the power-port/lighter of your vehicle, and attach your tank to the end. It's pricey for a long cord with VV adjustment and circuitry limiters, but you'd be guaranteed to have a functional vape in the vehicle....

I'm not aware of anyone making an "only when plugged-in" power-supply, but I could be wrong... and then there's still the darn leash to contend with :(

On my 18650 MODs, I always try to keep at least 2 fully-charged batteries handy, and those that need topping-off are on the charger (I don't drain them completely, and top-off when I can). As for my built-in battery packs, like the eGo-Ts or MVP, I'll use one or the other while one is charging... or use a MOD. Charging batteries may seem like a pain, but that is why I have 8 18650's in rotation, and try to keep at least 2-3 eGo's along with my MVP... so I'll always have something ready to use, even if I'm charging multiples.... and when in doubt regarding the charge-level... charge them anyway... it never hurts to top-off these batteries... it actually will make them last longer....

So, there is no solution to the battery dance...........that is disappointing. I have like 6 18650's seems like I am charging all the time. I don't want to be tethered either. isn't there another way, like a battery built in? big enough to charge for a couple of days?

  8. I did get an answer from them and under NO circumstances should I use it without that gasket. Withh that said they said the shipping was very expensive from China which is where they are, so.....I am going to order something from them and they will send me one free of course :dizzy: . I don't really have a choice at this point. So, if anyone has this issue that is the answer, it is there for a reason. go to www.esmoke-ksd.com they were quick in answering me, I mean like 5 minutes.

Thank you for the kind words.

  9. I really appreciate all the feed back on this post, NOT :crybaby: . I emailed Phil Busardo and he helped me some. I will share with you what he said even though no one cared. He said most likely it is a insulater to keep the battery from short circuiting, but he couldn't be 100% sure. So he said to contact the manufacturer. So I have an enail out the Smoke-KSD to find out.

  10. Taste just like Trix or Fruit loops in the milk....

Hey, maybe its not for you, but people aren't obsessed with it because its not good. Just saying...

If you don't want to like it you probably won't, just like anything in life..

I will try it. I love fruit loops. Kind of pricey, But if it is as good as you say, you get what you pay for. Thanks for letting us know. It will be fine in my Vamo 5? I don't know anything about dripping.

  11. I just moved up from a beginner's nic station, to a itaste svd! I've been using taste e liquids since the start. Is this liquid good for the itaste or should I be using another brand? I'm looking for great flavor with alot of vapor and I've heard it's partially based on what liquid you use!

It doesn't have anything to do with the device. Just get online and search for eliquids reviews and read and find something you would like to try. Or your local store in town. There are thousands of different flavors and nic levels. Read, read, read. Go to the beginners (I think that is what it is) thing on this forum lots of good info. Have fun!

  12. Anyone have one? How do you like it? How long have you had it?

Right now, I am running an EGO C TWIST w/ a Nautilus Mini

I really like this setup, don't get me wrong, just kinda curious as to how

much better my vaping experience could be...

I was talking with a friend last night and I thought that mech mods with RDAs

offered a cool smoke that's why cloud chasers lung inhale and produce what they do.

He set me straight on that, which kinda turned me off the idea.

I am still on the fence about an APV, sounds nice, higher outputs and removable

    batteries... Help me out guys!

ALSO, whats the max I should pay for one? My local shop has em for 60... just the device...

Noticed on Vamos site, that you can get just the device for like 30 and for 60 get it with battery and charger.

I have 2 Vamo 5. Gave all my other stuff away to my nephews. I really like the Vamo. Great vaping experience. After I got mine my brother got 2 as well. I got royally ripped off on my first one paid premo price at the B&M for it. came with everything, 2 18350 batteries, charger, clearomzer or cartomizer (confusing to me) (which I quickly gave a way) for 105.00. OUCH! they are heavy if you are used to a spinner or EGO type battery, so that will take some getting used to. But I will never go back to the Spinner or Ego's. Hope this helped some.

  13. I have been vaping Blend 4 from Alien Vision...LOVE IT! Went through a period though when I couldn't taste anything. I think I was dehydrated. I remember ya'll saying something about that. So I drank about a gallon of water and magically it all came back! So, thank you all for your wonderful wisdom. I vape that Blend 4 alot and of course Boba's Bounty. Looking for something else as well, kind of getting bored. Branched out and bought a Vamo 5, learned on here about stacking batteries..no!, but love that thing. Thanks Again!
