Great post, and very true. I started with a Volcano (re-branded Blu) and it barely put a dent in my smoking habits. Then the 510 got me off of cigarettes. Then I decided that I wanted more, so that's when I got into mods. It's all about what you ultimately want. A 510 isn't enough if you want to make vaping itself into a habit, and if you want to totally quit, a Buzz or Joker would be way too much. Just my 2 cents.

Nice review!
I have been very impressed by Geoff and the tv crew, they are simply the best around imo! You guys really need to try Geoffs blend, its my #1 favorite juice (atomic cinnacide, butter rum, and banana nut bread all mixed) . I have had ordered 20-25 bottles of juice from tv and only had 1 that was not to my liking.
Happy vaping!
Really, the only "problem" is orders go out a bit slow, but I wouldn't call it a problem since I understand that it is mixed to order. I'm impatient and hate waiting, but they're just trying to keep their freshness and quality as high as possible. So that's not really a complaint to them, I just DESPISE waiting for things that I want.
But still totally worth it!
That's what Geoff's Blend is? Are you serious? It sounds terrible. The Atomic Cinnacide makes it sound gross. But let's be honest, I'll probably try it anyway! I'm expecting to eventually try them all.
And thank you to everyone else who posted too!

Great review! I like your style. More! More!
I'm stuck on their cappachino, it's my all day vape. He mixed it according to my tastebuds and got it right on. (I gave him a list of the brands I've liked in the past but that could use a tad bit of improvement on and he nailed it.)
Can't wait to order some of that Atomic next payday. (and a red atty! good idea!).
Thanks so much! I'll do more eventually, and more in depth.
Yeah, I hear he is good with custom stuff.
And yes, you'll definitely want an atomizer that stands out, unless you want Atomic Cinnacide paired with every flavor you own.

Great review!! I've been a fan of tasty vapor since November and have been using Atomic Cinnacide (formerly known as Atomic Fireball) as my main vape since then. I haven't tried those other flavors yet, but now I just might have to. Thanks for the info.
No problem. Yep, Atomic Cinnacide hurts so good. I love it.
Hey there, very nice review. It is one of the better ones I have read in a long time. Tasty vapor is on my list of vendors to try after I get a 6volt unit. The one thing is that they had smaller than 30ml bottles to at least try. You might had sold me on trying the mint chocolate. I figure if the juice isn't horrible or amazing it wouldn't be worth reviewing. But very nice review.
Thank you. Yeah, it's too bad that they won't sell less than an ounce, but I kind of see why. I just figure, I have never had something so bad that I can't vape it, so if I don't love it, I can just save it for a rainy day (or, ahem, a ban perhaps?)
Yeah, usually I don't mention something unless I either love it or think it's a waste of money, but I just figured I'd give a rundown of all my TV stuff. I know $15 for liquid you've never tried can be intimidating.

First review. It's going to be awful, so let's just get it over with quickly; like ripping off a Bandaid or taking a drag off of a Blu. *BA-dam-CHING!!!*
...
Pina Colada- A very basic, but very good, pina colada flavor. It's strong on the pineapple it seems, but the elements are all there. Light and fresh, but very distinct. "If you like pina coladaaaaaas..." then it's worth trying. 4/5
Mint Chocolate Chip- Very strong on mint, but there is most definitely chocolate in there. Reminds me of Junior Mints or something. It provides an amazing freshening sensation combined with a subtle sweetness. Highly recommend it, unless you are a communist who hates chocolate and/or mint. In which case, out of my country. NOW. 5/5
Apple Pie- TV has a weekly sale in which they make about 4 flavors $10 each, as opposed to the already cheap $15. That's the only reason I bought Apple Pie, and I began to think I might regret it. It's actually very good. Apples, cinnamon, and maybe even a hint of caramel? I don't even eat apple pie, but this flavor is growing on me. 3/5
Kretek- I've never had a clove cigarette in my life. You will have to go ask someone else how accurate this flavor is, all I can tell you is that it is AMAZING. Strong flavor, very spicy, but also very sweet. Definitely tastes like Christmas (I really wish there was an intelligent-sounding way to say that.) This was another one I began to think I might regret, but I was dead wrong. 8/5 ("But Popsicle! You can't do that! That's an improper fraction!" I do what I want!)
Butter Rum- This is the reason I found out about Tasty Vapor. I bought a WetBox, and Missy tests each unit herself before shipping using the Butter Rum 0mg doubler. I smelled this on the bottle in my WetBox and immediately asked her what it was. That's how it started. One of my favorite flavors ever. Again, never had butter rum in my life, but this blows my mind. 10/5 (Really? 10/5? I'm starting to see why you all hate me so much.
)
Tastyfinger- I like it. The initial wow-factor was taken away by the fact that I already had a liquid close to this flavor. But I like it and it's worth checking out. 3/5
Atomic Cinnacide- When I first got this, I didn't like it. It was too strong and I thought I would vape 3 drops of this per week, if that. As of now, I frequently vape it for days at a time. Sometimes I vape this so much that it's the only thing I can taste anymore. Sometimes I vape it so much it hurts. This is the only time since I began vaping that I feel like I am doing any kind of damage to myself. I love it. And I will be ordering a lot more of it. Once you get used to it, it's amazing. Very hot, very strong, fiery cinnamon. This is the only liquid so far that I have dedicated just one atomizer to; fittingly, it's a red 510. It has a nice throat hit, and if you vape it at 6 volts, I'd call it more of a throat apocalypse. I haven't vaped this higher than 6, but if you do, it was great having you as a member here. We'll miss you, but we will meet again someday. 50/5
So as anyone who talks to me regularly already knows, Tasty Vapor has now joined the ranks of suppliers that I am a fanboy of. 1 ounce of liquid for $15 (and $10 weekly specials), and either 2 or 4 ounces of 0mg for $15. The price is cheap but the quality is far from it. Try them out.

Great review! It actually makes me want to check them out, it sounds good.
Have you tried Atomic Cinnacide from TastyVapor? It sounds like you'd really like it. Not sure how it stacks up to Cinnabomb, but I'd give it a shot. They sound like similar flavors.

Hahahahaha Burn, you being on the same planet as me makes every day a little bit brighter.
And I agree. If you're not like Corey Feldman, take pride in it!
P.S.- When Chris opens the feminine hygiene forum, just use the word "cleanse". Can we say that word?

Nice review, and I kid you not... At the beginning, I was thinking "His videos need some Winds Of Plague."
AND THERE IT WAS!

would you need additional hardware?
don't most motherboards monitor, or have the ability to monitor, current draw on a USB port? Some include overcurrent protection, so I would assume there has to be some kind of monitoring.
the passthrough will draw minimal current when not in use, as soon as you depress the button, current will spike, and that spike could be used to trip the counter.
I was thinking exactly this, but you made it sound more tech-y and eloquent. So I second this post.

I use the one's that Brian linked to also. Just keep your batts in marked pairs and pay attention to when your vapor begins to taper off and swap out the batts. You'll be OK.
Awesome, thanks Jeff. Yeah, Roor showed me his A1 A2 labeling system (or however he does it) and plan on doing the same.
-
You are right, I do not, I don't have a tattoo or even wear any jewelry besides my wedding ring. I pierced my ear once when I was a teenager but my father LITERALLY filed a motion with the Social Security office to change my legal name to "Nancy". I took the earring out......
I think that might be the best parent reaction to a piercing that I have ever heard in my whole 22 years on this earth. My friend's mom attacked her with a pair of pliers, but this one... Yeah, this one wins.
-
Ahh. Ok - here's a link to what I'm using. A lot of people use these in the SB. Charger and 6 batts for $27.
Awesome. Thanks!
So these ARE protected, and commonly used in Silver Bullets?
-
Looking at the CR2s, I would say they are a little to small for the SB without some serious spacers. It looks like they are 27-29mm.
I'm using Tenergy LiFePO4s in my SB and haven't had any problems. Why would you want to use CR2s instead of the Tenergy LiFePO4s or the Tenergy Protected LiIon batteries?
I guess I can't really answer your question, but I'd say that stacked, the CR2s look about 10mm shorter than the LifePO4s that I'm using, so I'm thinking they wouldn't work (without some big spacers).
Something I should have included in the post, I am NOT battery-savvy at ALL! People kept saying CR2s so then that was what I was after. I don't really know a lot about batteries yet, myself.
I know you like the idea of metal inserted into your skin, perhaps you would set a new trend with an atty piercing your tonsils.......
Burn, you have no clue how expensive piercers can be. Give me a break, I'm just trying to save a buck!

I just got a Silver Bullet (so it's the newest model they make) with the intention of vaping it at 5(ish) volts.
After researching how this is done and figuring it all out, I heard that due to the "incident", the BB is now machined differently so that CR2 batteries will not even fit. Of course, both the BB and Silver Bullet are distributed by AltSmoke, so I am assuming that they applied the same feature to the Silver Bullet. I asked AltSmoke, point blank, if this feature has been applied to the Silver bullet as well.
"We say not to use CR2's in the BB, but there was a lot of people wanting it to fit them. So once one company came out with Protected CR2's we made it bigger so they can fit the protected ones. Better to use protected CR2's than none protected CR2's. Regardless it is use at your own risk, we don't recommend using an adapter and only 510's when stacking cells...but it's use at your own risk."
Interesting, but I don't have a BB. So, yeah. Okay.
Can anyone untangle this mess for me? I basically want to know if I can get some protected CR2 batteries and use them in my Silver Bullet. That's all.
P.S.- I'm not asking if you suggest or condone it, I'm asking if I am able to do it.
Thanks!

Yes. The higher the nicotine, the stronger the throat hit. 0mg has almost no hit, and throat hit gets stronger the more nicotine you add.
-
Usually, the culprit of a blinking LED is reaching your cutoff point or your battery dying. Try it again. If it works fine, that was probably just the cutoff feature so the device doesn't overheat. If it just blinks again, try recharging the battery.
P.S.- JUST freshly charged, you mean? Maybe the battery just went bad on you.
-
You also have to keep in mind that nicotine isn't actually the only thing in cigarettes that you're addicted to; there are a lot of other chemicals you're craving. Electronic cigarettes don't have these extra chemicals, which, of course, is a good thing, but it may take a while to get that out of your system.

HAHA MARK!
Mark wins by default!
Please, in the name of all that is holy, do not let Vic see this thread. The last time he told me a joke was traumatic.
-
Happens to me all the time too. I found that a small puff of air gets it down enough. Just don't give it too much or it comes out the bottom and down your hand. Happens more often on my Joker and Xhaler, not so much with my 3.7 mods. Hope that helped a bit.
Happens to me too, and I second this post. Just a quick, gentle blow to push the liquid down a bit more.

'Scantily clad women vaping" where? you are not allowed to say things like that without links to back it up.
I think it is aganst the law or something.
You rascal!!!
I've seen it in a banner ad or two in the past, don't recall the website.
Check out the Blu ads on YouTube. They're not raunchy but they're definitely shooting for a certain customer base.
Also, you know how some men... enjoy... watching women smoke? There are many videos for fans of this, and I have actually seen a few of them using electronic cigarettes instead of real ones! I won't post them here as it may be inappropriate, but I found this funny, but also refreshing; it's nice to see e-cigs creeping into territory formerly dominated by tobacco.

i don't know if i would go so far as to say "stooping to their level. as their "level" would be to be making something that kills you more appealing. making something more appealing, that IS more appealing that cigarettes is ok with me.
that being said, it is what it is. we live in a world of advertising, and to survive in that would you have to play by the rules of the game (for the most part).
plus, with the amount of misinformed d-bags speaking out against e-cigs, we definitely need something to counter that.
not to be crude, but doctors have been saying cigarettes (and drugs, and alcohol, and cholesterol, and fast food, and so on) will kill you, BUT cowboys and **** are still over ruling the doctors.
to think that doctors or professionals or the "greater good" will win us this fight without our own army of cowboys and ****... well, that would be a huge mistake.
sorry to put it that way, but lets be realistic. unless e-cigs are perceived to be "cooler" than cigarettes (REGARDLESS OF IF THEY ARE BETTER FOR YOU)), they will remain a niche product.
GREAT post. That's exactly my point; We need to get rid of the stigma around electronic cigarettes. Someone I know, when I suggested electronic cigarettes, said he "would rather get lung cancer than rep cancer". Things like this speak volumes about the social standing of vaping at this point.

I am one of those people that doesn't understand what 2 attractive women wrestling on a sidewalk has to do with a virtually flavorless American beer.?? Conversely, I wouldn't want to see the same 2 women wrestling over 10 ML of Mentha either.
Nothing at all. It's all about associating your product with something pleasant, and that's literally all there is to it. Most beer drinkers are men, most men would probably enjoy seeing two attractive women wrestling on a sidewalk, do the math. It's not logical but it usually works.
Show me Megan Fox washing a car in a bikini while holding a 510.
Haha! Hey, you may be (sort of) joking, but if we had some classier and more attractive celebrities on our side, it could help a lot.
-
This isn't a big issue, but there is certainly a quiet buzz about it, and I find it very interesting. Sorry if this thread has been done before. I didn't see it.
For MANY years, cigarette companies have used various types of imagery to associate cigarettes with what people want to be. A rugged cowboy smoking may appeal to men who seek to be viewed as tough and masculine. An attractive woman seductively smoking a cigarette may hook women who are after a sort of edgy and dangerous beauty. Since cigarettes have first been mass-produced, there has been a struggle to lock on to an audience and make them think that cigarettes are the key to their happiness.
At this point, this isn't widespread, but I see some electronic cigarette companies using the same tactics. Scantily clad women vaping, muscular shirtless men vaping. Look at the Blu site; I have heard a lot of people say that Blu won them over with the graphics displayed on their website, such as attractive people hanging out in a club, a DJ, and even a sharp-dressed man in a suit, all of them with a Blu in hand. Not trying to step on anyone's toes, but look at even the Maserati ad that has been around for a while now. The night cityscape with the cursive text conjures up images of limousines and clubs where you can't get in unless you're "on the list".
Now to get to my point...
Some people think that this is inappropriate and brings a bad image to the industry. Some of us scoff at suppliers for using these types of images in their advertising. I think that a lot of this goes back to the fact that it was originally done by our current enemies.
What do you guys think?
My opinion? The cigarette companies use this marketing tactic to lure people into a deadly addiction. Is there really anything wrong with us using it to lure people into an alternative to that addiction that is infinitely healthier for you? You also have to keep in mind, there is a stigma around electronic cigarettes. A lot of people view them as silly, frivolous, and just lame. Vapers are losers. Vapers vape because they can't handle cigarettes. It is imperative that we change this way of thinking. You never know, that photo of a girl in a bikini holding a 510 might save a life. Tacky as it may seem, we are fighting fire with fire. We can play their game, too.

Well, depending on their intent. If it really is all about the money, they'll be even more frantic to get rid of electronic cigarettes. Why are they going to let you have your PG? So you don't buy Tamiflu, which can double as population control?
This is obviously good for vapers, but bad for our case because this is actually improving our health, and the FDA isn't getting their cut.
