I will be making my first online vape supply purchase shortly. Everyone is saying great things about Vape Dudes e-juice, so I did some browsing, and decided to order the 5-pack 10ml package. I will be going with : Strawberry Fields, Dr Venkman, Blue Honey, Raspberry Lemonade, and Appletini. 50/50 16mg with 'Extra" flavor. I can't wait to taste them.

Good news. It works like new. I'm attributing the problem to an e-juice I had purchased, Grape by Vivid Vapor. I noticed the same disgusting burnt taste when I filled my ProTank with it, but after changing it out, the taste went away. I believe it was due to the amount of juice the 16 wick soaks up. Once again, thank you all for your input and expertise on this subject. This vapor community rocks.

I have read some reviews on the iClear coils/wicks, and some say they only last a few days. I'm not sure, but I just washed my 16 wick, and am letting it dry. We will see if it still produces the same burnt taste/smell. Unfortunately, I don't have any ISO at the moment, so I only did a mild soap soak and thorough rinse.

Perfect. Thank you for clearing that up. I do not drink, and prefer to not have any alcoholic beverages around, so i will just do a 99% ISO soak and leave out to dissipate. Happy Vaping!

Volcano (Peaches N Strawberry) by Lush Vapor. 18mg. Very nice. Picked up 3 for $25, 15ml bottles, at a kiosk in the mall.

I was not aware that the coil/wick could be cleaned. Would a 99% ISO wash be beneficial, or should i just rinse with a mild soap solution, and then water?

I have the same problem with the iClear30 16 wick. I only got 2 days of clean tasting vapor before it started to taste horrible, like burned plastic. Upon inspection, I too got that same black/grey residue from the bottom end. Could be a bad coil maybe? It seems like it is originating from the coil, as it looks gunky. Yuck. I will be looking into purchasing replacement coils/wicks, but until then, I have switched back to the ProTank.

I chain vape as well. Thank you for the input on the bottom feeder wizard. Your opinion is very much appreciated. I will definitely be investing in a bottom feeding unit.

I had purchased a titanium coil, made by Alien Vape. The storefront I had purchased it from said that it was the best coil on the market, although I am a little skeptical about that. Anyways, after installing it, I only got one good puff from it and it stopped working. Upon opening the cap, I couldn't see anything wrong with it. I tested it again with the cap off and it blew up, a bright white spark shot up in my face. lol.
Has this ever happened to anyone else? I brought it to the attention of the staff at the storefront, and they gave me 2 standard coils to replace the faulty titanium one. They seem to be working just fine. Also, I vape on the lowest setting my X6 offers, as I don't get much flavor out of the higher settings, and feel they would lower the lifespan of the wick/coil.
I am looking into purchasing the Kanger ProTank 2. What are the pros and cons of the bottom feed versus the top feed wick systems?

I picked up an iClear30 3ml as well. Love the pivoting head. So far I have purchased Grape, Watermelon, Honey Dew, and Pink Diamond, all 18mg, but may dilute them a little as they are slightly harsh on my throat. My favorite so far is a 25% Honey Dew and 75% Watermelon mixture. Tastes sooo good. lol.

Hello everyone,
I just registered here and am a new participant in vaping. I have been a heavy smoker of cigarettes since the age of 13 (now 30), and am proud to say I have kicked those stinky cancer sticks to the curb and have taken up vaping. I'm clutching my X6 like Bob Dole, but am slowly loosening my grip after a few days of use. I gotta say I love the flavors, and am looking forward to researching info on all the aspects of vaping (I am a sponge for knowledge, haha).

Help Regarding Gallery

Hello,
I am running into a problem with uploading pictures to my member gallery. I have been able to upload 3 pictures so far, but now it gives me an error message : "Error You have run out of space for uploads". Yet, it says I have 600 kb used, and an unlimited amount of storage space. I am utilizing the basic uploader, as I dont think I have Flash 9 installed for the advanced uploader. Has anyone else experienced this, and/or do you know what could be the problem, and how it would be resolved?
