Also its hard to beat Wickers for a great injecting marinade and finishing sauce. Please do not smoke with gas lol. Sorry, I am a charcoal-hardwood purist. I specialize in pork and am not a big fan of brisket so I may not be much help but my pork butt has won many many competitions back in the day. For me to do a pork butt it takes about 50lbs of charcoal and about 12lbs of wood of choice. I stick to hickory that I harvest myself in my backyard but often add fruit wood for flavoring. If I were doing it on a gas grill (and I wouldn't, but if I did) I would put on a good rub, wrap it in foil airtight and let it go 7-8 hours in the oven at 250 and then finish it on the grill to put a crust (bark) on the outside.

Gotta watch those shady B&M stores. All are not bad, but in my experience all that I have been to are. There are the minority that actually want to make a fair profit while educating people about vaping. The majority want to make a quick buck, probably vaped a month or two and saw dollar signs, and are not qualified to advise anyone on most intermediate to advanced equipment.

Thanks for that! Maybe the best thing for me would be to just use them all in rotation instead of letting them sit so long. I store them all in a large glass in my "Vape Gear" area so no metal. Its not a huge deal I just want to maximize their life. Not really sure how to tell if an Ego style battery is charged to 40% though.

Thanks Bebop. I was getting concerned because I haven't used some of my 1300mah Spinners in a few months and they have been stored with a full charge. It seemed like I remembered reading around 3.6v was the "storage voltage" recommended but that may have been 18650s

Ok very dumb question but it needs to be asked. Are you screwing the coil into the base tightly? The reason I ask is a couple friends at work got KPT 2s at my suggestion and said they constantly flood and leak. It was because they were not screwing the coil into the base and just sitting the coil in the tank and screwing the base on top of it. I get mine as tight as my fingers will allow and find that works best for me. Not sure if this will help but felt it worth mentioning.

This is something I have been wondering about almost a year and never think of it to post and ask. I wonder if others wonder the same thing. With batteries, both 18650s and Ego style (Spinners, Evods, Std non VV Egos), is it bad for them to sit very long with a full charge? The reason I ask is I have now amassed quite the collection of both. I have 6 18650s and as little as I use my Vamo anymore opting to use my Spinners and Evod VVs more I am using about 1 18650 per week. With my Ego batteries I have about a dozen and it seems like my 1300mah Spinners get used very rarely. There is one in my desk at work that hasn't been used in a couple months sitting with a full charge. I seem to remember reading it was bad to do this so I have started a cycle of using all my batteries to put them at least through one charge-discharge cycle before recharging any of them. Any info on this will be appreciated as always.

Coils that come with tanks in general suck, not sure why. Yea I only use single coils like the pic Jeff posted. Not sure how to help.

I would check for irregularities in your tank causing this I guess. I have 4 KPT 2s and 8 Davides in regular rotation and change my coils about every 4-5 tankfuls and never had that happen, and I have been though a LOT of coils. I change them when the taste starts to fade since they are so cheap but have never had any problems like the one you are experiencing. Hopefully someone else can be more helpful than I.

That's a new one on me. I go through probably 12-15 a month and never had that happen. How would you damage the bottom of the coil? I am confused.

I just took 47 Cub Scouts and Webelos on a camping trip this weekend and we did a 7 mile hike in the mountains. I am not in great shape and about the most exercise I get is walking around at work. I didnt think I would be able to do it as in the past I had problems breathing when I over exerted myself but after a year off analogs, I had no issues except my legs and feet are sore as hell but cardio wise never had a problem. My overweight *** was walking the legs off other more "in shape" people lol

Not sure about that. The VG is a little thicker but I only use tanks (Davides and KPT 2s) and have no issues since the first bottle after my supplier took any added PG out of their liquids. I actually like it better now. The flavorings thin it out plenty for use with a regular tank. I literally cannot remember the last time I had a tank gurgle or flood outside of traveling over the mountains. Drastic changes in altitude get me every time. Not sure about cold, I try and avoid cold at any cost haha.

They changed their base a while back and a lot didnt like it. It took them a little while to perfect it, but they did. Other than the Spearmint I use occasionally it is the only place I order from or see myself ordering from.

Fuzion uses a "No PG Added" mixture that is approximately 65% VG nic base and 35% flavorings. I use 18mg but have a bottle of 24 coming today for times when I cannot vape as much as others. I find with 18mg I have my PV in my hand all day lol. That said they will mix some PG in if you request it in comments
