There are problems with the spade all around.The batteries do not last as long as my dse901 batteries and My dse901 batteries will last almost twice as long as the batteries that came with the spade.One battery will last about 20 minutes and the other battery will last about 40 minutes.The one that will last 20 minutes will hardley produce a vapor at all when fully charged, but. I do have to use it til my other battery chargers up.The batteries last no where near the 4 hours that the spade was suppose to have.I have never vaped the dulcis juice before, so I just thought it did not produce a very good vapor.The vapor production was so poor you could barley see the vape come out. In a rush to leave for work one day I forgot to bring my dulcis atomizer with me, so when I got to work I cleaned the mentha out of the atomizer that I was using so I could vape the dulcis and a normal cloud vapor came out.Thats when I realized that one of the atomizers that came with the spade was real weak when it arrived, so. I really have only one atomizer to use.Lets hope this atomizer will last awhile.The other problem is the spring.Not a real big issue but you have to stretch it out alot of times to make a good connection. This is a very high dollar e-cig and with what people paid for it. It should be better than what it is.Chris was fast to jump on my case about the dulcis juice problem I was having.But I don't see him in here explaining why his product is in no way as good as he made it out to be. The spade has a strong point in that it does produce a good vapor,other than that. The spade has in no way meet up to the hype that it was sold on.I'ts a 128 dollar dse901 with lights.I don't use it much anymore except at night.I can't take this to work with me because of the low battery life. I have no way of charging it at work. I have gone back to the dse901 at work because I already have enough batteries to last me all day, and that was the big thing for me. To buy the spade for the battery life and I would no longer need to carry 4 901 batteries with me. I only hope that he will adddress the concerns and problems that so people are having with the spade. I was not going to openly address the problems that I am having with the spade in the forum. I was just going to pm him in privite, But since its already out there, people do need to use the forum to let it be known and bring awarness to the problem.

The whole point of my post is being misunderstood. The whole point of my post was to find out why the dulcis had such a harsh throat hit. The mentha hits was harder than the delcis does, but it has a smoothe throat hit. The mentha hits about twice as hard as the dulcis does that you sent me, and yes. I do like the flavor of the dulcis.I would have to say its the best I have tried, and thats why I want to get to the bottom of the harsh throat hit.Is it the 24mg that gives it such a harsh hit, is the 16 mg a smoother hit, or did I just get a bad bottle all together. As I stated before, I love a good hard throat hit and in no way am I complaining about the throat hit.Just the harshness of it. Hell, I have almost vaped the whole bottle of dulcis that you sent with the spade.I can't stop vaping it. Thats why before I order the dulcis again. I want to know is it smoother at 16mg vs 24 vs mabye I just got a bad sample.

Okay. Let me clear it up some.So mabye, just mabye, I can get the answer that im looking for. The spade,brandnew.Opened yesterday.The first hit of mentha was smoothe and hard.Just how I like it. Opened up the dulcis, used the brandnew atomizer.I use one for the mentha and one for the dulcis.The first hit was harsh,but it has a sweet taste to it. I like the taste, but I did not like the harsh hit to it. The harshness has been there from the first throat hit to the last.I only wanted to know if the higher mg spoiled the smoothness of the dulcis, or did I just get a bad sample of the dulcis. Either I got a bad sample of the dulcis or the dulcis becomes more harsh with higher nic levels. I'f my post was read clearly. I only wanted to hear from users that used the dulcis juice.Not everyone elses opinion of what they belive.

No, I love a good throat hit. Thats why I only buy the highest mg I can get. I love the big throat hit.I always buy the 36mg from companies.I'f you would of had the 36 mg, I would have gotten that insted of the 24. The mentha has a very good throat hit.I'm not talking about the throat hit as being hard,but rather harsh. The harshness im talking about, is like smoking a stale pack of cigarette harshness.

I ordered the spade and I picked the mentha and the dulcis 24 mg sets. I chose the dulcis because of all the reviews on it and the mentha,because sometimes. I like to feel my lungs open up. The question I have though, is about the dulcis.I don't know if its just my bottle or the way it is, but it has a harse throat hit to it. Every review I looked at clamied it had a smoothe hit to it.I do love the taste, but I don't want to buy it and have the the harsh throat hit it has now. I would like to hear from people that are using it now.Does the mg effect the taste of the dulcis juice, or did I just get a bad sample or is this the norm from this juice.The mentha is very good.The draw is smoothe and easy. The throat from the mentha is heavy and smoothe. Note! I am in no way comparing the two and expecting the same effect. I'm not comparing how one vapors from another or the mentha is a smoother hit than the dulcis. The throat hit is just harsh with the dulcis.

Post the vapor production.Thats what we want to see.

I use alcohol to clean my addy with and it seems to me, to be the best way to do it. It will get the taste out, most of the time. I have had it to take 1 to 2 drips of another flavor to get it all out. Also, if you use a filter. You will need to take it out and wash it under hot water. That in its self, will hold flavors from the past.

Hello Aegis. People will swear by what they love,just a force of habit. I own a des901 auto, a joy auto and a spade.So, with that being said. I have never had a auto to stick and kill my battery as some have claimed to have happened to them.I am in no way saying this does not happen,just not to me, as of yet. I love the auto, and since the spade is a manual.It does have the push button. Auto or manual really is just as easy as the other to use.I mean your thump has to go somewhere on the e-cig, or atleast mine does.The only really drawback to using autos is the cut off time. when you take a long draw as your battery is diying to get more vapor. The auto batteries have a cut off time.But that in a sense will really let you know that your battery is diying and you need to change the battery out. If your not going for highvoltage E-CIGS, wich by the way. I stay away from. Higher voltage will kill a atomizer quicker than normal and there is a sweet spot. I use a 3.7v 1300 mah battery on my modded dse901.I get 6-7 hours of use on it. I have a battery also that puts out 4.7 volts and the vapor production is great and it will bring the taste out a little better, but the atomizers have lasted me on the average between 6-7 days tops on this voltage.I am in no waying saying that this is the norm, i'ts just been my experience with normal to higher voltage. Just ask yourself what you want out of a e-cig.Heavy vapor,long battery life and what size of e-cig do you feel comfortable with using.If size matters, then go with a penstyle type e-cig. If long battery life and size does not matter. My brother in law as the vp2 wich he says gets him about 3 hours of heavy vaping.Its also about the smaller of the big boys e-cigs without going to a really oversized e-cig that will use the 123 batteries and look kinda of funny when your out in the public smoking a metal pipe. My first e-cig was a joye starter kit from the local truck stop.It came with two batteries, charger and one atomizer. The atomizer still works and is going on 4 months now. After a month went by and I seen the dse901 I had to have one. I just had to have the cool looking black dse901 with the blue light. My dse901 wich by the way, I still love. It has- been my favotite e-cig for 3 months now, but I have gone threw atleast 9 atomizers with this thing.So, with all that said. I would have to say with out a doubt.The 510s are the better of the atomizers to me. I do have the spade now, so we shall see again if the 510 in this thing can hold up like the good old trusty has. And if you- want to know a little something extra. It also has the blue lights.
