Sounds like the Aspire 510 connector is pushing the pin down too far on your batt. Thats why you are having to loosen it to work. It may have pushed your pin down too far and broke some connections inside.

If they have Vision printed on them and have the word Vision etched on the connection piece I would have no reason to believe they are any other than Vision.

I buy all my crap online. I doubt that is your problem, You might have just been unlucky and got the batts that were made during the swing shift when all the workers are tired or drunk

The only advice I can give is make sure and keep your tank filled up. Sometimes it doesn't matter what you do. They end up getting that yucky burnt taste and you gotta toss em

I have thrown out coils after 1 hour of use.

Sometimes coils dont last long. You end up getting a burnt taste or its vapor production goes down. If your unit came with extra coils, pop a new one in. If not, make sure you order some new coils. Its always good to have some extras on hand for back ups.

What kind of battery are you using it on?
