  1. Hi folks, Anyone tried Ovale products? I was looking at their stuff and was considering picking up their Elips. Thanks! James
  2. OK so even using an eGo C atty all day at work, it still lasts you a few months?? That's fantastic! Hey that brings up another of my dumb questions: I still can't understand what the difference between the eGo T and the eGo C is. Oh and here's another one (hahaha). Do you know where I can get the least expensive LED 5-push on/off eGo T, from a relatively reputable manufacturer?
  3. Thanks, jeffb! You only go through 1 atty every 3 or 4 months?? How much vaping do you do? And what kind of device are you getting that kind of life out of on the attys? I would probably do about 8 - 10 cigs a day worth of vaping. Do you think I could get the same kind of life out of my attys on something like an eGo-T?
  4. Hi folks. I decided to just continue this thread because I'm in the same situation with regard to starting up. I actually did this a couple years ago, but the technology was not what it is now, so I'm pretty much a noob all over again. haha I could use some clarification, because I've read and watched a lot of videos, and they're all good, but I'm a dimwitted person, and sometimes I'm not clear until I get yes or no answers to some of my questions. Heh. 1. Are most (or all?) kits compatible with *either* cartos *or* attys and cartridges? For instance, I gather (just from what I've read in this thread alone) that the eGo can use either the standard cartridges and atomizers that come with it or the cartomizers (like the dual coil ones linked above? Also, does that hold true for the eGo-T as well? 2. Are most tanks larger than cartomizers? Or are most cartomizers larger than tanks? 3. Do you all prefer cartos or attys and cartridges? Which is cheaper in the long run? Which are easier, more convenient, etc.? That's all for now. Peace, blessings, and prayers for you, extremewattage.
  5. ...do you think it takes to kill a person? Should I be concerned these e-cigs will kill me?
  6. Anyone know if a bad atty can hurt you? Also, anyone had a bad atty that gave huge throat hits? I think my atty might be bad, but it's giving me huge throat hits, so... should I toss it?
  7. OK so what's the best VISUAL way to tell an atomizer is bad?
  8. You don't use carts anymore? So you just drip right onto the atomizer every time?
  9. DOH! That's exactly where I meant to post this! I don't know how I ended up posting it in here. Sorry, people. lol
  10. Questions: The aftertaste of smoking an e-cig... has anyone else gotten a bad aftertaste? Does it go away with time, or a different brand of juice, or a different flavor, etc.? Or am I just tasting the aftertaste of the nicotine? Idea: There should be a forum just for questions of all kinds. I think there is a forum for issues with "broken" e-cigs or whatever, but not one for all questions in general. Or did I just miss it?
  11. I have something constructive to say: People looking to ban ecigs should have everything taken away from them, including their families, and be put in solitary confinement for the rest of their lives, not be allowed to breed, and kept completely secluded from society so they can't affect others with their inexcusable stupidity and greed any longer.
  12. I am definitely going to do that.
  13. I don't doubt they're replace the batteries. But I don't think it's worth paying the shipping to send them back. That costs at least like $12 or something. The way I see it... it's their faulty product... THEY should pay the costs of returning THEIR faulty product.
  14. heaven-gifts offers a 1-year guarantee on their attys and batts, but the cost of shipping defective parts back pretty much makes it not worthwhile.
  15. I just got the kit yesterday. Since the first batt. was DOA, and the second one lasted only 2 carts-worth of puffs (and that of the nasty carts that come with the kit), I can't really say much about the model itself, except the following: 1. Dimensions and look of the thing are very realistic and convincing. 2. Vapor production is nice, IMO. Admittedly, though, I have nothing to compare it to yet. 3. I couldn't get it to cut off on me at all, even after dragging for what felt like at least 5 seconds. So that's pretty cool.
  16. So... one day after I got my first ecig kit... On the first day I discovered that one of my batteries is defective. I charged it for at least 6 hours, and it still won't work. The other battery lasted through one charge, and then I re-charged it for about 7 hours, and now it won't work at all anymore either. I've emailed the guys over at heaven-gifts.com and haven't gotten a response yet. I doubt I'll be able to get replacements without shipping the defectives back, if at all. Even if I can send them back to get new ones, I don't think it will be worth the costs after shipping and all that. This really makes me angry. Pending an offer to send me two new batteries without me having to return the defectives, I hereby declare heaven-gifts.com a bad place to get your stuff from.
  17. OK so there are no manual batteries, and there are no batteries from other models (manual or auto) that are compatible with this model? Also, what are the chances that my battery gets killed from leaving it on the charger too long?
  18. Chris, I just watched your video on direct dripping. I thought it was funny how you mentioned how disgusting the tobacco liquid that comes with your e cig tastes, cause I'm not really enjoying mine either cause of the nasty taste. I can't do direct dripping cause I have an automatic battery. Does anyone know what other models have batteries that are compatible with the 8084? Should I post this question somewhere else?
  19. The juice tastes absolutely terrible. I think I got a bad batch or something.
  20. That's what I thought it meant. I just watched a review of this exact model from the same manufacturer. This guy really likes them. I'm enjoying it too. I'm just concerned over how fast the atty gets hot and not being able to tell when the cart is dry, both of which I know can ruin the atty. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HO0K2qjMHV8
  21. What's a cartomizer? Is that where the cart and the atomizer are one piece? That's not the case here. Here is what I bought Gotcha. I figured it out. It will just be a real pain re-filling these bad boys. It says they pre-charged the batt. I charged it anyway for a while, and it seems to be working fine. I took it off because I've heard that if you overcharge the batt, it will ruin the batt. The atomizer gets hot really fast and does not cool down. Ugh.
  22. Yeah, but the atomizer is attached to the filter and it won't come off. OK yeah I have it charging. Actually the light just turned green. Should I ignore that? I will do that if I can get it off the brown filter. Actually gold, but yeah. OK so I just screw a full cart right onto the atomizer. OK we'll see if I can do this. Again, I can't figure out how to get the atomizer off the filter. I should clarify that my cartridges are not one piece with the filter, like most models are these days. My carts are tiny little plastic blue things with white caps on them.
