Some more incite into the lawsuit with the FDA. (Which by the way the appeal case comes up again the 28th of this month. It could change everything)

Well choot.  Okay, so how do I become a retailer?  Or... what other uses are there for attys?  Will it be possible to buy an atty online for my asthma inhaler?  A Joye 510 atty to be precise.  What other avenues can present themselves?  What "inventions" are yet to be invented that will require our beloved attys?

Hard to say what will happen really. As suppliers we will always do everything in our power to try and bring electronic cigarettes to the community but that doesn't mean it will last forever. Depends on how hard the FDA really cracks down. With big tobacco in their pockets these days, my guess is they are going to crack the whip hard. I know we're pretty stressed about the case due up Sep 28th of this month. Let's hope for the best.

What would the best be? I don't know what that would be at this point.  I thought that if they are considered tobacco products we were golden but now as I understand it that may be the bad as well.

Nicotine replacement device would at least allow us to still buy it.
