Where To Get Liquid Nicotine?

Recommended Posts

I want to make a 24mg e liquid

I was wondering, where do I buy liquid nicotine?

So far (as I figure)

all I need to make my own E liquid is:

Usp grade VG or PG

Flavoring (as in lorann food flavoring)

and liquid nicotine

Is this right, is that all I need?

Also: can anyone tell me an easy recipe to make 24mg (nic) e juice, (lets make it easy and say I want 10ml of liquid)

If I were to make 10ml of juice...........

How much VG or PG should I use? (drops or ml)

How much Nic liquid should I add? (drops or ml)

How much flavor should I add? (not too worried about this part as it depends on how much flavor you like, but give me an example anyways) (drops or ml)

Thanks for the help

Here are links to three very good threads that will get you on your way. :)

These will give you lists of suppliers for nic and flavoring and supplies, tips and general mixing instructions.

I would suggest starting out with mixing the flavors at 20% and go from there. I usually use 30-35% myself, but everyone is different.

To get 24mg using 48mg nic as a base, use 5ml of nic, 2ml of flavoring and 3ml of PG or VG.

To get 24mg using 36mg nic as a base, use 6.7ml of nic, 2ml of flavoring and 1.3ml of PG or VG.

I think there's also links to a couple of different eliquid DIY calculators in those thread I posted. They are very helpful.

Brian, Thanks for the links, the calculators with come in handy.

FtJoe, thanks for the warning (I've been reading up on the nicotine and how dangerous it can be)

What do most companies call the Nicotine solution? is it "nicotine base" it seems like most sites call it something different. I don't want to order the wrong stuff.

I've seen it called Nic Juice, Nicotine Liquid, Unflavored Nicotine, etc.

You may want to consider one of the kits a DIY Flavorshack or onestopdiyshop. That should start you out with everything you need.
