bad news: cant find it for sale anywhere

I have never seen that mod before, but to me it looks like a modded flash light. On the left you can see a standard atomizer, however the large round tube looks like a modded LED flashlight that can be found at most gas stations. You could perhaps try shooting him an email to see how he did it, or even if he has plans to sell his modification.
