Both it happened to a old one and then a new?!! i tried cleaning the old one but nothing! i don't get it

I've heard people say that if it still gets hot, then it's not dead. For a new atty, I'd say just keep working it. I've had some new ones that kick right off the bat, and some that really take some time before they kick in. I wouldn't give up yet.

Your atomizer should never ever glow red, if it does then you don't have enough liquid in the atomizer.

Try intentionally flooding your atty. Let the juice soak in it for a while. Blow out the flood, add three drops, and then vape.

I'd bet anything that if it still indeed glows red then it's just fine.

Like Chris said... if it's glowing red, there isn't enough liquid around the coil.
