Vape pen 22 light edition

My vape pen 22 edition won’t charge I plug it in and the light turns red for about a good 20 sec then it stops charging sometimes it will only say on for like 5 sec watt do I do?

I'd start trouble shooting by using a different charger to see if that's the problem.
