Where to find an online user manual

Howdy! Can someone please tell me where I can find a User Manual online for my Dovpo E-Mech? A friend gave it to me and I'm clueless on how to change the date, Voltage, Wattage, etc... I'm curious as to what all this thing will do! Thanks.. Shell
