I taste vv

I dropped my Itaste vv the ther day and when I picked it up it wasn't working so I thought maybe it was dead I haven't puffed on it in a while so I gave it a shot and it's been flashing green yellow and orange constantly only when plugged in, I've tried looking around for info but no one understands ._. And if you hold down the power button it shows a creepy alien message in the box

Please post a picture of the message displayed in the window... it sounds like dropping it may have kicked a wire off the internal circuit board.  Generally when they rotate between the colors, pause, and repeat the sequence, that means the board is not grounded (shorting out) or is damaged.
