Evic vtc mini & ego one power mode

I bought an evic vtc mini not long ago, I'm not new to vaping but I'm not used to the replaceable coil heads. I use the basic tank my evic came with, the ego one and I tried it on power mode and it's like burnt tasting? Then when I vape on normal temp ni mode it hardly produces vapor? Did I mess it up or am I doing something wrong???

Turn the watts down low and work your way up til it tastes good and produces a good amount of vapor. If you're using a high VG liquid, you may want to switch to a higher PG juice mix.

tried it, still tastes burnt even if I start it super low and vape on it for a while, any other suggestions?
