Ego-v v3 issues need help

Okay so I really have enjoyed this ego but I am a noob with vapor's.

Here is the issue I got this Vapor a while back and it worked great. Push the button take the pull exhale.

Now if i click and hold it it does not work but when I release it begins to vape for a good 10 seconds then stops. The vaporizor stays on and it seems as if this is a setting issue that I can not figure out. I used it for 2 months fine then moved and just took it out of a box about 2 weeks later.

If anyone kows of a settings issue please help I would apreciate it.

Click it 5 times to turn it off,then 5 times to turn it on,make sure it is fully charged.

Push both buttons at same time to reset it. Then reset the voltage to 3.7

See if that helps
