If thats not the case then could be something to do with your friends rebuildable
Compenstine Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 It's all about the Ohms. If the ohms are below 1.2 it will not fire. If it is a True short it may be that the tanks coil is shorting out and your friend is in need of a better multimeter.
