Vv/vw or mech mod

So I picked up my wife a itaste vv 3.0 and I have tried it and I dont really like any of the juices we have over 6 watts should I just go with a mech mod instead of a apv and if I wanted to get into rebuildables what would be better not looking to do sub ohm just standard coils

If you don't feel the need to fiddle with it you can't go wrong with a good reliable mechanical and just adjust with resistance.
