Enamel over aluminum tanks

So I have an idea-

I really like the glass tank I have , so much so that I haven't been using any other ones at all and Id like to just use them exclusively but there is the durability issue .

I know vivi nova has a metal tube that you can replace the plastic one with but you still dont get the benefit of the non transfer of flavor that you do with the glass . I have certain pots and pans that cover this issue with food So I was thinking , can any of you foresee this type of tank being a problem? would enamel be affected by the juice in any way ?
