I bought 5 drip tips and an Elegance cartotank (only reason they werent together is because the bella/elegance was out of stock but came back in stock the next day) received the first order and was missing 2 of the 3 empire clone drip tips so i called charlotte and she was very apologetic and offered to send me a free gift. I politely declined and just asked if those were going to be shipped out. She sent them out the same night. so given that we are all human and mistakes are made I still give them an A+ in customer service especially since they were so apologetic.
