At first, I was amazed at this, but then again, it is California, and of course I live there. Apparently one of the reasons is because... Ready? Vaping may influence other people to start smoking cigarettes. This cannot pass!

It's actually an addition to the current ban on smoking in public areas. While agree it's BS it's not a complete ban (which California did try to do a couple of years back) I agree though this needs more attention.

As a resident of California as well, our state really loves to lead the way in "nanny" laws.
