Order Issue

Hi,

I placed an order on Forever Vapor yesterday but the email address I used was not working at the time so I never received the order/ tracking number. My credit card was charged and I've sent 2 emails through the website but didn't hear back so just sending through here since I saw someone else post a question about their order and thought it might be permitted. I've ordered from vaportalk many times before and know you're shipping is super fast but I just wanted to let Christopher know and hoping he will see this and send me a tracking # since my only janty charger broke and I'm using copper wire on the metal part of my camera charger and attaching it to the jany battery to see if it will charge my janty in some desperate attempt to get a charge! (trying to convince myself i'll be fine without it for a few days)

wish there were e-cig brick and mortar stores in nyc.

thanks for any update you can provide! and sorry for posting in this thread but didn't know where else to do it to get a response.

Hi Angela,

We've had issues with factory direct orders which has caused a delay in your order. The hold up is due to one item in your cart (Joye eGo USB pass through) We have regular eGo batteries in stock (none PT) if you'd like to change out for that instead we can ship our your order today. If your charger is broke, I'd be happy to add a USB charger and Wall adapter at no extra cost for the trouble :)

Also if you ever need a quicker response to your order questions I suggest using the internal system. Login to your account on Forever Vapor, click "my account", your order number and then "send message." Our regular inbox often gets flooded and it can take a while for us to get to each email.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. Yes, PLEASE do adjust and ship today if possible (I'm a mess without my e-cig!) Can I pay extra to overnight it? Please let me know and thanks so very much for responding!!!!!!!

Hi,

it's still not here and this is the 3rd day for priority mail. The electronic shipping usps site states notification was sent yesterday. WOuld you know what the delay would be. These analogs are not cutting it! Thanks :)

I took a look at your tracking and I'm not quite sure why it hasn't updated. Everything was dropped early on the 6th. Give it a few more days and see what happens. None of the tracking for the orders that day updated so there is a chance they're already in transit but the post office simply didn't scan them in. (It happens from time to time)

hi, it arrived in wonderfule condition. thank you. One question please, the battery looks different from what I have (it's very nice though) I have my old battery which is just a battery, this one looks like it has a top piece with a big hole on top where a plastic piece is covering it. It screws on to the battery. Does another piece go on top of that? Or do I direct drip onto it and use that large space as the mouthpiece. I thought the white atomizer I purchased went with the battery and although it does fit, it is only one piece and the one I currently have is two pieces (the atomizer that screws onto the battery and the mouthpiece....that way I can direct drip on the atty without it touching the mouthpiece) but with this new one I'm not sure how to direct drip. Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!!!
