egoluvr Posted April 12, 2011 Posted April 12, 2011 okay, I don't see how I could have been missing this before, but when I checked out from Good Prophets today they charged me tax??? I'm confused. I don't remember seeing tax on any of my orders from anywhere else?
Uma Posted April 12, 2011 Posted April 12, 2011 Usually, so far, for me, I've only had to pay state tax if I purchase from a vendor inside my own state. I hope that's what is happened for you too.
BirdDog Posted April 12, 2011 Posted April 12, 2011 Do you live in the same state as Good Prophets? If a business is registered in a state and has internet sales they are supposed to collect sales taxes from people for local sales.
