  1. Sorry for the necro post hehe, It probably cooked the juice on the coil and coated it pretty good, blow out the juice into a paper towel. You can then try a dry burn (if its LR don't try this, it will pop the coil) I have dry burned LR attys with success, but you have to be extremely quick on the button, and lucky too. After you dry burn it run it cart side up under the faucet. The force of the runnin water cleans it better than a soak does.
  2. I've heard good things about the smoketech (sp?) dual coil cartomizers being very durable, even up to around 7 volts, I havent tried any yet.
  3. Yeah this is a problem, I've had to replace some ego batts before after someone used a LR regular atty on them. Ppl have reported that LR regular attys are killing the mosfet switch circuit from over voltage.
  4. Also if you notice, the opening on the cart is oblong shaped and not completely circular. When you insert the cart into the attomizer, align the shape to the way the metal bridge is running. Sometimes if you run it 90 degrees the opposite way the plastic gets too close and can get too much heat. Hope this helps, glad to always see another vaper join the ranks.
  5. Don't quote me on it, but alot of 510 PS run at 5v, cause usb ports are 5v. You can get a portable cellphone charger brick with usb connection for portable pwr, they run around 30ish bucks. Although alot of usb ports run 5v dosen't mean you get the full 5v from what im told. You can always get a powered hub and plug it into the wall. Some passthroughs might regulate to 3.7 volts, but they most the time run at 3.2 like ego batteries.
  6. http://sparkplugforsmokers.com/store These are pretty good for the cash I hear, just ordered one today to ck em out, the 29 dollar kit also has the thermo tube for free. This will give you the option to run 6v. I also ordered the extra end caps for two complete kits. The batts are unprotected so I wouldnt bank on them. I also ordered some 3v batts from value vapor for 6v vaping. Not sure if I'm suppost to post in the newbie forum or not, if so send me a pm let me know if its not permitted, apologies in advance.
