I have spent the past reviewing juices from goodejuice, and after going through all that juice I had to know a little more about the guys and company that made it. Nick was nice enough to set down and answer a few questions for us, and give us a little peek inside goodejuice Can you tell me a little about your company and how you got started? Like most people I was sick of feeling like crap from smoking analogues. The Illinois state wide ban on smoking indoors went into effect and I was actually at the local Empress Casino Riverboat doing a bit of gambling when the clock struck 12:00a.m. midnight January 1st, 2010. Casino security wasted no time swarming the place in droves, warning people to extinguish their cigarettes and collecting ashtrays. Imagine the p'd off customers that night! Anyway, in February of 2010, I had purchased a cheapy 808 kit from a local gas station and was pleasantly surprised that my cigarette usage was severely cut down. It was around this time, in my quest for the perfect mixtures of PV's to have around and stay off the cigs, that I found The ECF. What an awesome forum and great bunch of people. After turning a buddy of mine on to electronic cigarettes we decided to get into DIY and started small. We mixed juice at night and supplied our friends and family, and ourselves of course. One day we just came to a revelation that this is our life. We eat, sleep and breath vaping. It is our passion. And we also noticed that we developed a knack for mixing quality eliquid. What is a day at work like for Nick at goodejuice? Wake up around 6:30a.m. and check the orders. Get to the lab at about 7:30 and start mixing. All orders are made fresh and usually shipped same day. If we get done early we might start sampling with some new creations we have been thinking about and prepare for the next day. Flavor,first draw, I'm getting a really dark sweet taste, then a bit of something tart. Its almost sour on the first draw then it turns into a caramel corn, more so a caramel candy corn, and a dark, rich, sweet, flue tobacco. After a few draws the flavor settles in and the mix taste almost like dark chocolate tobacco, with the caramel coming out in the exhale. There is a woody after taste but I imagine this will steep nicely. All of goodejuices juices come ready to vape but I have never tasted a tobacco that didnt taste better after a week in a drawer. read more

Im taking this moment away from reviews for a interesting piece of news. E-Solid, a new paste form of e liquids or e juice. Im searching all over the internet for more info but there isnt really a lot out there yet The concept seems pretty simple, the paste or what I think looks like a gel is supposed to go directly on the atomizer but not cover it. I imagine that his has got to cause wicking issues. Im not sure if it liquefies as its heated or if it would require dropping as opposed to driping you would be dropping every so often to keep the vape going. The pictures above show the paste in a bottle turned upside down and the paste isnt running so I would think that cartomiser wouldnt work, nor tanks or various ce2 or juice feed systems. I might try the menthol ecto after the good experience with Tigers blood. Wake and vape kind of threw me, Im still picking out flavors in it

Flavor, first draw. To many flavors run through my head, Cherry, grape, Mt. Dew, Ginger ale. I told Nic at goodejuice when I first got it that it tasted like those wax bottle shaped candies with the juice filling. The old school wax candies. Anyone remember those? Its a little different as you get into it a little more. Nic did say tobacco base, at first it tasted like there was some spice in there. I couldnt tell if it was ginger or part of a turkish blend. A lot of the turkish blends tend to have a spice taste to them, so thats what Im going to go with. I get the grape and cherry, I was thinking orange peel the first time but now the orange is really toned down and I cant pick it out for sure. Its hard to describe the inhale on this one, your mind is busy picking out flavors, the exhale brings out that turkish hint and reminds me of the Camel Exotics Twist. The tobacco is really subtle I would definitely call this a fruit flavor not a tobacco flavor. After a while of mindless vaping the urge to pick out flavors subsides and you get a nice fruity mix of cherry and grape with a bite of citrus toward the end of the inhale that mixes into the spice of the exhale. If I had to pick my guess of the five flavors I would say turkish tobacco, cherry, grape, Mt Dew, and Gummie bear. I Missed A C In The Topic, Cant Change It Sorry, Maybe A Friendly Mod Will Come To My Rescue? Flavor, First Draw, Hmmm, Almost A Little Sour, But Lets See What Happens.ok, Much Better, After About Three Puffs The Sour Fades Completely, Now Were In The Cheesecake. Ive Got Some Cups Of Cheesecake With Cherry Syurp On Top In The Fridge Right Now, And This Is Pretty Good. The Cheesecake Hits The Tip Of Your Tongue While The Slight, Sweet, Cherry Flavor Hits The Back Of Your Mouth, Kind Of Like The Real Thing. They Were Right About This Having A Enough Cherry To Lighten It Up. Its Not A Sweet Syrupy Cherry. Its Cheesecake With A Cherry Finish. I Find A Lot Of Fruity Baked Good Juices Taste Mostly Like The Fruit, Not This One You Can Taste The Cheesecake And The Cherry Is Just Along For The Ride. As With A Lot Of Their Juices Ive Tried, The More You Puff It And The Warmer It Gets The Better It Tastes. Exhale Is Like An Aftertaste, The Flavors Aren't Distinct, Its A Nice Mix And A Nice Finish.

Sorry I took so long to respond, they have 100% PG 100% VG or a 50/50 blend. I always use 50/50 for a nice middle of the road vape. Thanks a lot for the kind words.

Sounds Pretty Simple. Ive Used Hawaiian Punch In A Lot Of Mixed Drinks, The Thickness And Sweet Taste Can Kill Almost Any Strong Flavor. Thats The Punch In Hawaiian Punch. Like Always Im Vaping 24Mg Nic, 50/50 Pg/vg On A Fresh Cartomiser From Cov And A Fully Charged Ego Battery. Lets Have A Puff And See If We Get Punched.<Br /><Br />Flavor, First Draw. Pow! Thats A Pretty Strong First Puff, Was Expecting Really Sweet Fruit But I Guess Where Its So Fresh It Kind Of Took Me Off Gaurd. Ok Good Punch Flavor, Really Full, Definitely A Mix Of Fruits Here Not A Single Blend Punch Flavor. Very Sweet, A Little Tart. Flavor, first draw, FUDGE. I know there a lot of different liquids that give more of an effect to a flavor, for example cake flavors, ice cream flavors. This definitely fudge. The chocolate taste sets in first, it makes my mouth water. As it hits the back of the mouth and throat I get a nice roasted almond flavor. Exhale brings in the creaminess that Im guessing is the marshmallow and blends the chocolate and roasted almond in to a roasted hot cocoa flavor. I dont usually do this in reviews but at around 4 volts this really starts to taste like a coffee house creation and its really nice. Even on the ego battery, once it gets warm, the roasted chocolate taste is great. Read more

This stuff was pretty intense, I dont know of any one else that makes a cinnamon menthol, thought I havent looked, but its a crazy combo

Flavor, first draw. @#$&!!!! KICK IN THE MOUTH. I have never, NEVER tasted anything like this NEVER. Ive got over 100 juices in my box right now and this is NO JOKE. Let me try to describe this for you. As you inhale your mouth starts to tingle, the longer the inhale the more tingle. Even to the point of a little burn like a mouth FULL of cinnamon red hots. As soon as you inhale the menthol sneaks in and cools your mouth and you get the roof of your mouth watering as it hits your throat. On the exhale the cinnamon comes back but taste a little sweeter, and your mouth feels NUMB.It feels like a menthol numbing cough drop. Its like the rush of cinnamon and menthol just destroyed your taste buds. (A drink of Mnt Dew feels weird after this) The flavor isnt as strong after repeat puffs but be warned put it down for a second and it comes back with a vengeance. Read more...

Flavor, First draw.........hmmmm. Second draw........Hold in the button for about 10 seconds. THERE IT IS. Its a tobacco. it has a really light tone to it, but Im not getting the cinnamon I smelled earlier. Im a big fan of AVE and this taste like their C&D (cowboys and death) Its like a Marlboro flavor, it always tasted like trying to smoke a cigarette in the rain, when it gets wet and you have to hot box it to get it dry. Im vaping the fire out of this carto, its such a subtle flavor its hard to pin point, Its not that the flavor is weak, just subtle. Ok now Ive found the cinnamon, its in my nose, just a little tingle. Its hard to pick it out in the flavor, its very soft, not a strong cinnamon at all but after you get going with this vape it starts to soak in and add to the flavor. Flavor, First draw, straight honey. Not the stuff you buy in the cute little bear but the kind from the whole foods place that has a piece of the comb in it. Taste thick and sweet but lets continue. As you keep vaping the full flavor sets in and the honey mixes in. Its not honey any more, well it is but it isnt, stay with me. I have tried a few honey nut flew flavored tobaccos, there always good to relax me for some reason and that's what I'm getting from this. Its got a dark honey taste at first, like how honey taste in dark hot tea or heat it up to pour on toast or waffles. Then what I can only guess is the nuts and oats finish the flavor just like the honey nut flew tobacco flavors. Its not a tobacco taste or flavor but it has that nutty sweet rich taste. So you get that honey bite on the tongue then a nice nutty sweet after taste. The exhale mixes it all together and is really nice. Read more....

I was an occasional menthol smoker, maybe with a drink or when a friend had a pack I might bum one, but menthol was never a regular choice for me. I havent tried many menthol flavors because I really didnt have the desire, but when some one makes Tigers Blood you gotta try it. As usual im using a standard BOGE carto, and an eGo battery. This time im throwing in a clearomiser for a little fuller taste for me @ 24mg nic Flavor: At first inhale I get a nice rush of fruit flavor. Its not overly orange or raspberry, more like a morning juice mix or an orange raspberry punch or cocktail. Sweet, a little tart but mostly sweet and flavorful. On the exhale I got my first taste of menthol, but the ginger hits at about the same time for me which makes it a little different. The menthol is a pretty true menthol hit but the ginger adds to that little tingle in the tounge. A few puffs later the menthol has set in and its present from inhale to exhale, its blends nicely with the flavor as apposed to overpowering it read more of this review

Flavor First draw, all Irish Creme. its a really thick creamy vape so far. A few draws in the carto starts to get a little warmer and surprisingly enough a little bitter coffee starts to come through. Now that Ive gotten past the initial taste its a nice blend, a lot of blended liquids hit your mouth differently as two or more distinct flavors. Some start on the tip of your tongue tasting one flavor, fill the rest of your mouth with another, leave a different after taste in the back of your throat, and taste completely different again on the exhale. The inhale if a pure blend, coffee and Irish cream together, the flavor is full and creamy, the throat hit is a nice sweet creamy coffee with a bit of kick (24 mg) and the exhale is again one flavor not a combination of two distinct different flavors. I love the flavor, always used Irish creme in my coffee. Its a good coffee taste but not as dark and bitter as most I have tried, For me this was a no brainer, If you like Irish creamer, or Baily's you will like this flavor, if not this isnt a flavor for you.read more of this review on my blog

I notice a big difference in flavors and hit too, most fruits dont hit IMO, tobaccos are hit or miss but usually have a good hit, coffees too.I tend to use my infinity a lot if Im liking a flavor but need more throat hit vari volt is the way to go

I keep a rotation going for the most part of 3 or 4 juices that I vape all day, then theres my growing box of juices that I try out and review. I guess switching around a lot keeps my taste buds alert lol. That and Ive noticed I keep water around at all times, I get dry mouth a lot when I vape and that usually keeps things fresh for me
