Has there been any research on the content of the vapor that is exhaled? Is it just water? Does all the nicotine get immediately absorbed? -Cheryl

I have read different suggestions. I smoke about a half a pack a day. Some say to start at 18mg, some say to go to 14mg. What do you think? -C
