  1. I'd like to place an order as their prices look great. Just afraid of ordering from China. shrug Anyone use them? How are their juices, too? How long should I expect and order to take to arrive to Anchorage Ak from China? Any clues? -C
  2. Just learn to put down the cigars now before you get hooked. I know it sounds like a nice treat but it has more disadvantages than advantages. My grandfather smoked cigars regularly so I have an affection for the smell. But he did get lip cancer...who knows from what. I concur with the others. You are young and fortunate. Don't be an addict like me. It's not pretty.
  3. I think you will like the eGo. It was my first and only e-cig. I love it. I might also suggest you get some Low resistance cartomizers. I am new to this and find that direct dripping provides way too much vapor for me! I end up coughing a lot. But have no trouble with the cartos. They are great to have for driving and times when direct dripping is inconvenient. Get several small bottle of different types of juice too. You'll be able to test flavors...ohh and get some pg and vg just to see if its the type of juice that adds to the cough. Some people find that they can't do one or the other. Good luck. -C
  4. I find I need stronger flavors as my taste buds are still recovering. I found that the cappuccinos, coffees, and some of the stronger fruit flavors work well. Some manufacturers, as was said before, let you add extra flavor in your order. I even bought some extra flavorings to add a few drops to some of my flavors. So i keep some strawberry, pineapple, chocolate and others around just to add a it of kick. You can find the flavorings in the DIY sections of the manufacturers section or go to a place like the Perfumer's apprentice. Go slowly with adding flavors and note that as the sit and steep a it they get stronger. So you may want to buy some flavors you might like and stick them in a drawer for a few weeks. Good luck...it's a fun hobby.
  5. I am using the standard 650 mAh that came with my eGo. I love it. May try the 1000 for longer use. What is 650 in volts? it was asked what volts we are vaping on Fabebook! duh
  6. Hey how come my picture doesn't display? lol Oh I figured it out...it's my Avatar I needed to upload! Thanks hehehe
  7. I have found that they can be used about 6 or so times an then they are done. I have tried cleaning them by boiling them but I think the filament just gets worn out. If you want to change flavors, that's what some people recommend, boil them for 15 mins, low them out onto a piece of paper and let them dry for a day or so. You can find videos on that too. I use a silver sharpie to label my flavors on the carto. Good luck!
  8. Holy cow! That's a lot of stuff! Is this what I am to expect? My single drawer in the kitchen IS getting full.
  9. I believe it's the states who have the right to tax tobacco products. It will be interesting to see how this affects prices. Not sure that cigarettes or other traditional tobacco products can be bought online. I wonder how this will affect the internet based industry.

Can I charge their eGo-T 1000 with my ego charger I use for my 650's? Is there a difference between 1000 batteries for the tank or the regular? I wouldn't think so...it's just the battery part right?
  11. Yes, sorry its a vapealicious juice. Sometimes I find all vendors may have a flavor that needs to sit a while...sometimes I just need to add more flavor. shrug It's all part of the hobby I guess. -C
  12. Sounds like where I started and it's worked great for me. you might want to get some sample (3-5ml) bottles of other juice flavors. I found that when I stopped smoking anaologs that I need stronger flavors like coffee ones. A good fruit flavor is nice to have on hand too. Since you are already paying for shipping, you might want to consider a few of these. I don't know where you are getting your sets from but I got mine from Liberty-flights (note the dash) they has a great price for the kit and were great to work with. Give them a call too and they will answer any questions you may have. Al the dealers here that people have mentioned seem to be great too. Good luck!
  13. Ok, so I'm a newbie and not the vape review god...but I know what I like and I love this juice. Creamy caramel on the intake and coffee deliciousness on the exhale. Yum! Looking forward to their strawberry lava flow. Just waiting for some new cartos!
  14. I am new and went right for the eGo. I got the one with 650 right out of the box and it came with two of everything. liberty-flights (note the dash or you will go to another site.) They were the best price I could find without having a cut off on the button. I keep an extra battery and charger with me, juice too...and I use the boge lr cartomizers...also at lf. You can get a carry case right here at the store. It seems like a lot but I love playing with my "paraphernalia" and once you get the hang of it it only takes minutes a day to be all set. You can find some good videos here in the help section on filling cartomizers and all kinds of good info. If you do a it of homework you'll be doing great in no time...plus the help of these great people here. Good luck!
  15. They are right. it's heaven! A light sweet vape. Can't tell if it's cotton candy with flowers or what but it is delicious. I can't put it down. I am taste bud challenged and only found heavier flavors like coffees to satisfy and had to add more flavor to a strawberry before I enjoyed it...still mixing juices to get what I like but this one is a winner! Looking forward to trying some of their other flavors...I just ordered new cartos...hurry!
  16. What about the 5 second cut off...do you find it ok?
  17. And Battery power will make a difference in your vaping taste and production. I always know when its time to recharge or replace the battery when the vapor or taste goes down too much. Keep practicing!
  18. I bought the ego kit from liberty-flights (Note the dash or you'll get another site.) They seem to have the cheapest prices that I have found for the eGo kit and they offer a 20% discount! They have been fabulous to work with too. -C
  19. Where did you get that?? -C
  20. I find direct dripping to be a bit of a pain for now...since find I am always puffing the darn thing. I use cartomizers and find that I like them. I use the Boge low resistance ones. There is a good tutorial on this forum under "Tutorials" on how to fill a 510 cartomizer. You can google it and find different methods too. Just keep them wet. That nasty taste really bites and it seems to ruin the carto before it's time. I am learning the hard way. -C
  21. But there are so many cool things! :-) I have saved so little on the money side but so much on the analog side! The money savings will be there. I'm just in newbie heaven! Thanks for the simple and good advice. -C
  22. Thanks Jon. If I buy a tank lr atomizer, then I need to get cartridges...are the cartridges the mouth piece too? Does that make sense? I mean like the cartomizer one doesn't need a tip. -C Oh yeah...and how does one refill the tank cartridges? Do I need a syringe?
