word. i'm getting zero flavor out of the regular one right now. literally zero. it hits fine for the most part, though inconsistent. ordering LR today.

yes they'll fit your battery. after a lot of trial and error i used LR cartos with drip tip exclusively for over 6 months until i just tried the tank atty this week. LR cartos are great. you'll run into some duds and there's a few tricks to learn but it all becomes 2nd nature quickly. convenient and simple. i got mine from provape, where u get a qty discount. i'd buy 10 packs at a time and it came out to about a buck per carto.

i'm going to head over there to check out the video. i'd kinda forgotten what it's like to have to tweak stuff to get your device working well. i've been using cartos for so many months that the whole drill had become 2nd nature.

ok this is officially annoying

i did that. it seems to help with flow once it gets in there, but my problem seems to be getting the juice to consistently wick into the atty. it gets hot icky vapor frequently.

i can't seem to get this thing to wick consistently. any suggestions?

word. i'm gonna give it a shot. i'm in love with this concept, but obviously the flavor has to be there for it to be worth it over the long haul.

it's wicking, just breaking in slowly. i put a couple drops directly on the atty and that's helped. it's not broken in yet, but i'm getting good vapor but little to no flavor yet. we'll see how it goes. i'll probably try the LR, as that's the cartos i preferred, unless this becomes a total bust. i make my own juice and absolutely love the flavor, so low flavor would ultimately be a deal breaker for me. We'll see.

i'm still breaking this in, but the flavor is missing so far. just getting that skanky taste, even after blowing out the atty first.

So, who's been using these things? How do you like them? i've been using cartos on my mega ego battery for a long time now and am interested in trying the tank system. any recommendations? i use LR cartos, so i should prolly go that route with these??? how do you fill the tanks? it's been so long since i've used an atty, what's the prep for a new one? alcohol soak or whatever/ Thanks gang...

i live in chapel hill and don't know of any walk-in stores in our immediate area. myfreedomsmokes is in charlotte and has quick delivery. i've been making my own juice for about a year that i hook my friends up with. i could help you out in a pinch. the only catch is i only make one flavor. it's similar to vapor talk mentha...

LR cartos are all i use for my ego. provape has great deals on them too. if you buy eight 5 packs or more the price drops down to 6 bucks per pack.

all vg does the same thing to me. i mix my own juice at 80/20 pg/vg.

i just toss 'em. if you buy in bulk from the right vendors you're only paying like a buck a piece. not worth the trouble to clean.

Thanks for the info gang. the joker actually isn't mine. i oredered it for a friend who's new to vaping, and he decided to go with the joker. I'm jealous! i wish i had an experienced friend as i would've ordered the joker off the bat instead of the ego. The joker is next on my list. It's awesome. He's using cartos. He started at the preset 5v but dialed it down slightly. Does it really matter if you "know" what voltage it's at? I mean, as long as he doesn't use LR atty/cartos it's all good at any voltage it'll provide correct? I'm thinking of trial and error for him as he's strapped for cash right now.

menthol crystals

dulcis and grape soda are definitely the bomb. i've gotten into diy recently and make a menthol using diyflavorshack's spearmint, mint, doublemint, and menthol crystals. it's the bomb. I also made a dulcis-esque one with diyflavorshacks dunhill analog flavor and larann's caramel. it's close to dulcis but different. i love it.
