New DIYer question: Which flavors tend to overwhelm/dominate other flavors when added to mix?

Hello from New Orleans. I'm new to the forum as well. What/where are your favorite vape shops in Louisiana? I like Smokecignals (NOLA, Baton Rouge). I've also heard good things about Ohm (NOLA), but I haven't been yet.
