    I use as high as 30/70 in my pro tanks with no problem, however, I do rebuild my own coils and I make my coils a little larger than stock and take care to wick them in a way that promotes wicking action. (increased diameter, japanese cotton and the proper amount)

    At 4.5v my guess is you burned it up a little prematurely. 1.6ohm coil? A new coil can always take a bit more voltage but long term that's pushing it in my opinion.

    Other factors may include the type of juice you are using. Some juices are harder on coils than others.

    That, and you prob were diggin it so much you chain vaped it up.
